No. He says they will return an indictment by the September 29th. That means a grand jury been empaneled. If he wasn't confident the grand jury would return an indictment then he wouldn't have brought them the case.

The DOJ has filed new charges against Hunter. The indictment is still under seal so the exact charges are currently unknown. Weiss has had a grand jury empaneled in LA the past few weeks, so my guess is these are the tax charges all of you said were just going to disappear.
