Actually, I'll take that as a massive compliment.

It has baffled me for a very long time, how the qualities that women love in their cats - they hate in their men:

When the cat completely ignores her unless she feeds or pets him she's fine with that.
When I ignore her - I get hit with a frying pan or given the "silent treatment" for a week!

When the cat demands her attention because he wants something NOW, she thinks that's cute.
When I do it - I end up in hospital!

When the cat goes out wandering at night mixing with undesirables, getting up to goodness-knows-what and doesn't return until morning, she smiles and cuddles him.
When I ..... uhm,... I mean... If I ever... oh, uhm no I'd never.....erm.... HELP!!!!

For The Record:
My favourite animal is the Siberian Tiger.
I admire cats very much. Just not as a pet for me!

I'm...... pretty good.
Desperately trying to get my auld knees back in shape again after I overdid it big-time standing for HOURS at the boys last rugby day without any anti-inflammatories in my system. My Fault. Now, still paying the price.
And I do get a bit down at this time of year anyway, with a combination of the cold, damp, dark weather, missing my mum (she LOVED Christmas) and my late brother's birthday being on 25th too.
But I must say... overall I'm still doing pretty good and am happy with my lot.

Are you doing OK?

I have mild depression, so I get it. I never know when a day will be good or bad. I just go with the flow.

Your other post cracked me up!

Trying to get sleepy enough to actually sleep. I hate going to bed at night, yet when I finally fall asleep, I hate getting up in the morning. I know, I know, there is no pleasing us wimmin.

Hope your aches and pain subside soon.

Folks, at this time of year there are a lot of sharp Chicken bones and stuff discarded from festive mealtimes, so please remember to give your cat a good checking over to make sure that he hasn't picked up anything that might harm him...
