Wasn't sure what to search for to see if this has been covered yet.
Seems to be 30-35 ft long, possibly no wings?

I think it has wings, they're just in the vertical position. Possibly some new type of stealth drone?

I think I saw this on a TV show.

I believe it is a mockup stealth aircraft used to test the radar absorbing coating materials at different angles.

F135 aft-engine RCS reduction test-bed?

No need to model the rest of the aircraft, plus the surrounding structure should be as low RCS as possible so they only get the results they are looking for - those relating to the engine.
