I dont understand ? I gave you facts, and I am a statistic!!!! For every father who gets their children, there's 9 that don't? How hard is it for you to understand? I fought and won!!! Not because you say that's how it is,but because I was in the trenches, and payed the courts their 30 pieces of silver!!! You know NOTHING about the system, and know nothing about fatherhood !!! Show me where fathers are getting their kids in droves, and I will gladly apologize. If not, quit posting.

If you go look on Google Scholar you can look up something like "child custody" and/or "custody gender bias" and look at sources which are from the last decade, you'll find that your links that are trying to scare you aren't exactly completely factual.

You have custody. And just like any person in that situation, it cost you to do it the hard way. Most people today go for mediation. It works out better. You have custody, when you sought it. But you're angry because, you had to fight for it? Did you expect that someone would hand it to you on a silver platter because you really wanted it?

It is a feminist agenda for guys to go spank one out at the sperm bank with porn mags? Wow.

Yes, it is.

So what sort of agenda is it where you try to make agreements that say you'll never support your children?

No man should have to support a child he does not want.

I'm going to quote what I have said twice on this topic already.

I have been. What I've brought up about the Threat Of Force/Murder/Assault as a political tool being used on this thread is absolutely pertinent.

I have no particular love of a specific system. I expect a bureaucratic system to work, and if it doesn't for it to be fixed. When it is not fixed, there is a reason for it, and generally the people with the power to fix it isn't your ex. And the guys that aren't fixing the problem are not fixing it for a reason, and that reason has nothing to do with women.

The men on this thread are NOT all men. I will not allow this idea of men shirking off parental support to stand, nor the political threats to stand unchallenged.

People who are genuinely having a problem with the system have to realize that attacking WOMEN isn't going to fix it for you. If you want to fix your problem, direct your venom to the correct enemy. The enemy in this case then would be regulations which are inconsistent and illogical, and being kept that way by those making those regulations.

Now soldier, turn around and face the correct battlefield and wade in.

All the money I spent could have........Get This............WENT TO MY CHILDREN,if the courts wernt...................................GENDER BIAS!! Get it?????????

So you seriously think it is fine and dandy, for a women to go to a sperm bank, then ask the donor for child support? Is that really your position on this?

Ah. So your answer is to not answer.

The law, enshrined by men, most of the reps voting on it are men, most of the justices are men, most of the supremes are men....and they overwhelmingly disagree with you.

I thought this was not about gender but about "the children."

These cases for support and access have been brought by THEIR CHILDREN.

Who happen to be actual real people, and sometimes are male themselves!

Is that a retort, because again it really doesn't make any sense as an answer.

Makes no difference. The donor made an anonymity contract, the mother agreed. The son/daughter had no one to blame but the mother for their hardship and her poor choice.

If I sell you a rifle at a gun show, it does not make me a murderer if you choose to kill your parents with it.

Ok that really says it all. You are really just a man hater....
Men out there, don't donate sperm, you might get a call demanding that you pay support to a woman that took your donation, used it, and is a deadbeat that can't afford to take care of the kid. Unreal!

Yep. The law still disagrees with you.

And the law is overwhelmingly instituted, regulated, and created by men.

How odd is that?

A few years ago? What, are these like vampire years or something? Its been illegal to kill another human being for a LONG time now. Its even in the BIBLE - the OLD testament. Its been around for a bit.

Just like a dead beat dad..........

I'm a manhater because children who have their own minds decide that they want to go to court and pursue their biological father. These children did not sign those contracts. They are not contractually bound by them.

That's the law. A idea that apparently never occurred to the women, men or agencies who provide these services.

What part don't you get that it has been the children who have pursued this? You can actually find some tapes of these children sitting in the court rooms, at the table by themselves with their lawyers.
