If you go look on Google Scholar you can look up something like "child custody" and/or "custody gender bias" and look at sources which are from the last decade, you'll find that your links that are trying to scare you aren't exactly completely factual.

You have custody. And just like any person in that situation, it cost you to do it the hard way. Most people today go for mediation. It works out better. You have custody, when you sought it. But you're angry because, you had to fight for it? Did you expect that someone would hand it to you on a silver platter because you really wanted it?

I have no particular love of a specific system. I expect a bureaucratic system to work, and if it doesn't for it to be fixed. The enemy in this case then would be regulations which are inconsistent and illogical, and being kept that way by those making those regulations.

Now soldier, turn around and face the correct battlefield and wade in.

Makes no difference. The donor made an anonymity contract, the mother agreed. The son/daughter had no one to blame but the mother for their hardship and her poor choice.

Men out there, don't donate sperm, you might get a call demanding that you pay support to a woman that took your donation, used it, and is a deadbeat that can't afford to take care of the kid. Unreal!

I'm a manhater because children who have their own minds decide that they want to go to court and pursue their biological father. These children did not sign those contracts. They are not contractually bound by them.

That's the law. A idea that apparently never occurred to the women, men or agencies who provide these services.

What part don't you get that it has been the children who have pursued this? You can actually find some tapes of these children sitting in the court rooms, at the table by themselves with their lawyers.
