BREAKING: Co-Pilot intentional crashed plane. Co Pilot Named

I will never understand this forum.
Even with all the evidence being released, and a clear narrative of what seemingly happened, people will find all kinds of excuses to explain this in a different way, without any evidence, with no plausibility, in the face of all probability...

Enough with the nonsense already! This was not some kind of freak accident, this was not error, this was not a government conspiracy, this was not the Lizard people or the NWO, this is not some kind of evil plan to take away your guns or inject you with microchips, people are not being taken to FEMA camps, this was not a pretext to Nato Nuking Moscow......

The f-ed up co-pilot locked out the pilot, took the plane down and murdered 149 people.

By manufacturing a hundred-and-one other "theories" based on your own nonsense you're only making yourself look like a complete idiot.

Yeah.. I'm still trying to give the pilot the benefit of the doubt. But it is sadly I admit. Diminishing.

The Co-pilot was about to be laid off and decided to "go postal", as has been done in other industries numerous times.

Didn't an Indian airline captain commit suicide/murder by plunging his jet into the Atlantic ocean in the 1990's?

Maybe he's been waiting for the captain to leave the cockpit over the course of several flights. This just happened to be the one where it occurred.

Since there are so many of these crashes where radar and telemetry show something is wrong, why can't a ground control override be put in place? It wouldn't be as simple as flying a drone, but It can't be that technologically difficult to fly an airliner from the ground, can it?

this is the problem with this site. too many conspiracy theories that amount to no actual fact in most cases mean people fail to see standard human actions as a possibility. throwing in nonsense about people not phoning loved ones from a plane, where mobile phones don't actually work is utter nonsense, common sense is lacking with a lot of ATS members.

Only years later will be "truly" find out...or the "documents or just discovered "extra" black box has been found to reveal new stuff. Come on, we are recently "releasing" new documents to the wars over seas...now...after many years of no one really caring...

and what of the fighter planes escorting it that zoomed off immediately it crashed instead of the SOP of assessing the situation and reporting back to the base what the situation was. They did not do this, BIG QUESTION: WHY NOT?

If epilepsy was the case. They would of heard that in the respiration. Not to mention the snoring sound it can produce.

according to the daily mail, which isn't what i'd class as a credible source.

if there were jets involved though, maybe they were alerted by air traffic control that there was no response from the cockpit so they went up to take a look? i remember an incident once where a plane had lost a window and the crew were dead, fighters flew along side and videoed the dead pilots in situ, after which the plane ran out of fuel and crashed into the sea.

i haven't seen anything like that mentioned anywhere about this incident though, other than in that daily mail article which cites witness accounts.

A Spiegel reporter, Matthias Gebauer, is tweeting that friends of Lubitz said he had burnout or depression in 2009 and had to take time out from his pilot training. During the Lufthansa press conference there were questions as to why Lubitz interrupted his training, but there were no definitive answers.

My initial thought is that depression or not, if this is a mental break there must also be some sort of psychosis involved.

I think something is being lost in translation between German and English.

They were quoted as saying the conversation between the pilots was "cool, calm" which I thought was an odd turn of phrase. It's also been reported as "friendly".

"Breathing normally" seems as though they're just saying he was breathing as was applicable to the situation, meaning he wasn't NOT breathing. We probably won't know until the tape is released unless someone clarifies with them.

There were fighter jets scrambled but they weren't near the plane when it went down. It's in the OP source.
