Ron Paul just said what I said on another thread, that Roe v Wade overreaches States rights.

The people stand up for fair coverage...good for them.

Now if only they wouldn't boo the golden rule.

This is a different region than the last debate. We had a poster on earlier talking about how Charleston won't have the same kind of reactions to Dr. Paul. Charleston just went down in history IMO!! Demand fair coverage woohooo!!

EDIT: oh it was 00nunya00!

edit on 19-1-2012 by Wookiep because: (no reason given)

I wonder why the others don't bring that up...because the religous people would not like that.

I guess that's what you call a compromise.

Finally RP grabs the mic like a boss!

So glad the audience made a ruckus about Paul getting weaseled out of time.

Ron Paul turned that whole sequence around after he detailed how the way he would handle it would result in the quickest possible reversal of Roe V Wade. Wow! Fantastic turnaround. Even I didn't know if he'd dig himself out of that one.

Ron just answered on abortion and Santorum responded as if Paul was talking about him then Paul came back with him being overly sensitive because he wasn't even thinking about Santorum while making his statements.

Santorum looked like a girl that just got dumped.

Poor Ron, He'd get more facetime if he had a crappy record and something to defend!!!

LOL @ all candidates other than Paul... They wished they had great records.

Lol I was thinking the same thing. Paul is so cool man.

Its like saying Paul supports alcoholism if this were the prohibition era. History will be on Ron Paul's side. You cannot legislate morality. You can only respond to it - so if the people say its murder then treat it like murder, otherwise leave it alone.

It was regarding their Pro-life stance. Both say they are pro-life and Paul said that he approaches it differently. Santorum is for federal laws on all the States and Ron Paul is for letting each State deal with it, and then he said that Roe v Wade would be repealed overnight. But I did miss part of why he thought Santorum was being too sensitive but that was the issue.

ahahahahaahhaahahahhaah

The way RP just handled Santorum was Classic!

He's got to be more aggressive like this.

Put these liars and flippidy floppers in their place.

Not ONE of these candidates should be talking to Ron about "constitutionality" or rights. It's laughable.

haha he said well i am a doctor.

Yep, that son of a gun King was so disrespectful and completely ignored him. I guess he's mad Paul supporters gave his wife a hard time after she was caught distorting.

I loved the look on King's face when everyone screamed "PAUL!!" Someone needs to tell these phony media personalities that it's not up to them who gets voted in.

Sanatorium begged for a reply to Paul's statement. After finishing, Paul states he wasn't even thinking about his over sensitive self whilst making his declaration.

In Santorums reply he said something like "Paul was obviously speaking to me with his statement"

And when Paul answered back he said something like "Shows how sensitive Santorum is because i wasn't thinking about you at all during my comment!"

it was epic.
