Makes sense since Dehmer Enterprises is a Realty company located in Katy, TX.
Maybe house was a foreclosure and just listed with the Realty company being the occupant until it sold or something.

one thing I noticed was that they speak in whole sentances, not gibberish or slang, but remarkably articulate. I would not think it was kids that are the source.

We have any spanish speaking members that can verify this? Makes sense to me I suppose. I was under the impression that facebook group was something else but I have no idea.

I must say that if this is viral, they have done a great job covering their tracks. Between ATS and other groups looking no conclusive info has come out......

I meant previously, as in prior to the current owner.
Harris County real property records are accessible online so finding out the current owner of the property wouldn't be that difficult, nor who has been paying the taxes on it, nor if there are any liens or judgments against current or prior owners.

I specialize in researching public records myself.
