I actually cannot find the youtube but it apears to have stripes and then if you do it just at the right spot you can see the old lady behind it? however... I havnt seen it again and cannot find it.

The one thing that strikes me odd here is that the message is more of a retraction?
What would they be retracting?

About the group and their members, the following answers have been given:

• Only those who are involved will know details before August the 3rd.
• Only them can answer the "indicated" questions.
• It's the opposite of a political group trying to promote an unilateral thinking.
• They look for certain qualities on their members.
• They believe this is a positive movement.
• This wasn't planned.
• They expect this movement doesn't damage anyone.
• Some will reveal their purpose earlier, but everything will be disclosed as of August the 8th.
• The website isn't related to an "Apocalipsis". (only the page? mmmhh)

• They use a numeric-based hierarchy system.
• Member 68,000 is the commisionate to codify the messages.
• They claim to answer with truth to any inquiry.
• The group isn't affiliated with any association.
• They'll keep answering after August 3rd, for a short time.
• They aren't planning to take something down, it's more of a retraction
• The group's motive isn't to find help for Belle's disease (Belle is the cute girl)
• They expect people to have both, positive and negative responses.
• Belle's photo was taken around 1934.

About Belle:
• She is NOT dead.
• She is related to the group, but not directly affiliated.
• She isn't in danger.
• She is a symbol for the cause.
• She was communicated about what their plans are. (Or about her disease)
• She was contacted by members of the group
• She's American.
• It's not the groups fault that she is diseased.
• She wasn't tortured or damaged physically.
• She isn't hospitalized

About their language/alphabet

• It's based on English
• Only contains capital letters.
• Has no accents
• Doesn't use dygraphs (groups of 2 letters that sound as one, such as ch ph th)
• It has 38 symbols.
• Symbols represent complete words.
• Punctuation marks are used.

Two thoughts...

What if Achernar is really a member of 8-3-11 and leaving hints

It lies at the southern tip of the constellation.

Second thought, what if the addresses with the whois info is across the street based off of the comment they made watch for cars when crossing the street.

You any good with photoshop? The faces both have a distinct line coming down the middle and parting to the left side of the mouth. What do they look like when you swap the pieces around?

Might be two girls separately.

For me 11:11 is a reality, I have known about the power of the 11 before it was talked about on the internet at all. Before there was an online. I may have to end up getting in there with some of you guys, the thing with me though is, I really do have the phenomena and have actual people to back me I wouldn't need to post hidden codes to elaborate or creep you out.

I need more time to read it, just found it today.

All of this reminds me of the KGB UVB 76 shortwave broadcast last year on Aug 23, 2010 which was a broadcast for the first time since 1997.

I am not sure what the broadcast was about but it is monitored 24/7 365 by those interested (including of course the intended agents).

Certainly the internet is now one more method of communicating with agents in the field. Of course the international communists now pretty much work out of Bejing and the White House and Bill Ayers ( friend of Obama) was in Egypt last year before the riots broke out there. Nevertheless, the Russians still employee UVB 76 as far as I know, I haven't checked the static tone lately.
