Im starting to think Assange is orchestrating something. Reminds me of the ending to the movie Gran Torino. Maybe hes getting back at the people he pissed off by letting them victimize him and hoping he survives to tell the story. Personally, Id be waist deep in the finest Ecuadorian mamis throwing back a cerveza with Presidente Correa right now. This guy is about to get thrown in #s creek with cement shoes on.

Precisely, That link says He was detained in his absence.

I think somebody took the article the wrong way and jumped the gun.

1) Julian wasn't captured.
2) He is just a co founder of the site. If they capture him, the leaks will continue.
3) Thread should be moved to hoax bin?

A MOD said earlier that it can not be moved to the hoax bin as the poster did not intend for it to be a hoax; but was mislead by propaganda. Knowing where the propaganda came from is vital, so the thread can not be moved to the Hoax forum.

As for the title, maybe it would be good to change it to "Assange was not captured"?

Can a mod rename this thread to;

"Was Assange Captured?"

Would cause less hysteria and confusion.

I was on cablegate half an hour ago and refreshed and found it down, so went to WL Central and used their link to get there, then about 5 minutes later it was down. I'm guessing it's safe to assume they are under attack and will move on to another host as soon as they can.

__._ domain is down, that includes its chatroom.

It was getting hit with 10GB a second crammed down their line, choking the traffic.

I also went to one of the mirrors ( 91.194.60.112... ) and got an overload error.

Just when things were starting to get interesting. Wasn't he interviewed recently by one of the MSM outlets? I think it was 60 minutes but it doesn't seem like he would be that hard to catch especially if he did that interview. Of course I think this whole thing is a lot more complicated then simple red vs. blue.

Well i think its not a hoax the media here in spain only showed like two seconds of footage plus the goverment sad that the info was not a hoax it was about the Guantanmobay inmates that were send over here at spain for a paycheck of 85.000€ per inmate.

Like I said, they will never catch him. I googled "Assange Captured" and all that came up was the blog souce and this ATS thread.

I'll reiterate, they will never catch him. The Swedish warrant is invalid. Plus he was never charged he was cited as a witness to an event.

Cnn could get an interview with Bin Ladin but the US couldn't find him....so I am sure it would be easy to interview Assange without the US having a clue.

Or maybe they are turning their heads..............

Aye, it was so funny and ironic I thought; I had to find out why.

Turns out datacell.com is in China, out of the US jurisdiction...out of the entire worlds jurisdiction!
