Oh, Phage the "Lint" man.

Optimistic and stinging as usual, lint man.

Sorry if we are scared from these recurrent ecological disasters.

Well Nothing to see here boys! Move along! Phage knows.

However I still scream: To STOP the "OIL Age"!

found something very interesting.

Morgan City, LA has Berwick Bay Oil Company.
They were incorporated in 1986 in FL and is no
longer active. But here's the weird part.
Guess who was on the board of directors
for Berwick Bay Oil Company ???

John O'Neil

wasn't he the guy who was in charge
of security for WTC??? And died when
it was bombed??? Or is this somebody
else??? Seems weird

Or maybe he's the New York Times John O'neil.
Or maybe he's the CabaretFest John O'neil.
Or maybe he's the Toyota dealer John O'neil.

Or maybe you're right!

Sky and Reuters jumped to it.

Were they anticipating anything?
Korean incident not an accident?

Something fishy in the Bay...

[edit on 30-4-2010 by Subjective Truth]

I am definitely leaning heavily on false flag on this one. Although I think it has more to do with running oil and gas prices up more then environmental stuff. This could be the kick off to finally crashing the economy. Trucking has already dropped off significantly. Higher gas and diesel prices might just kill it altogether as trucker can't afford to operate thier rigs. Once that happens its just weeks to chaos as store shelves and peoples pantries go bare...

UPDATE:
update on the deepwater rig's prior
safety record revealed.

Has had a history of accidents, fires, etc .....

news.yahoo.com...

don't know if this is a cover up for the real sabotage,
but worth reading.

Oil services contractor Halliburton Inc. said in a
statement Friday that workers had finished cementing
the well's pipes 20 hours before the rig went up in flames.
Halliburton is named as a defendant in most of the more
than two dozen lawsuits filed by Gulf Coast people and
businesses claiming the oil spill could ruin them financially.

Ok, now we have a Haliburton involvement !!!

Coast Guard: Oil drilling rig overturns en route to La. scrap yard; no leaks detected

MORGAN CITY, La. (AP) — Officials say an oil drilling rig on its way to a scrap yard has overturned in Louisiana.

No injuries have been reported.

The rig overturned about 80 miles west-southwest of New Orleans. The Coast Guard said in a news release Friday that the drilling unit overturned in the Charenton navigational canal.

It can carry about 20,000 gallons of diesel fuel, but Coast Guard officials did not know how much fuel was on board. Coast Guard investigators say no fuel leaks have been found.

Good! No leaks!

Ok did not see this when I made my first post. hopefully this info holds true and there are no leaks etc.

So two mining "accidents" (WV, and KY), and now two oil rig "accidents". I find that kinda of odd

Well somebody said it - and quite frankly I'm inclined to agree. I came to this conclusion myself especially as more people who work on Rigs are telling me the likelihood of this being an accident is not very realistic. Hey I don't know guys I don't work on the rigs but lots around here do. If someone feels differently chime in.

Mark Levin Radio Show - Pres Obama "Armed Swat Teams To Inspect Oil Rigs In Gulf"

www.infowars.com...

Radio talk show host and former Reagan cabinet adviser Mark Levin has slammed President Obama’s bizarre announcement that he will be sending SWAT teams to deal with the Gulf of Mexico oil spill, alleging that the response is part of a plan to grease the skids for government takeover and nationalization of the oil industry.

Hey guys - you cant fix the economy under the new system until it is truly broken. And this would definitely assist in that effort.

This and the public outcry to shut down off shore drilling. People you could go to bed one night with gas at $3.00 a gallon and wake up the next to $10.00

just my .02

And now a second event involving offshore drilling in America. come on people. Time to gather up those beautiful pictures of the LA coast Wetlands. the whole face of it is about to be changed forever.

Seems that towing a scrapped oil rig is tricky business.

Tina Moore, the owner of T. Moore Services, which owned the rig, says it was being transported to a demolition and scrap yard. She says the rig was mounted on a barge.

I wonder if Halliburton worked on this rig also? I would not be surprised.

This thread is rampant with wild speculation. First off this rig was being transported. possibly on an alternate route due to the flaming oil slick offshore. It sounds to me like it just sort of tipped over. It was probably not a target of eco-terrorists because it wouldn't generate as bad of publicity as another active rig going. It only has 200 gallons of fuel on it, far less than the disaster that happened a few days ago. I agree this is bad PR but not really worse ecologically than a boat running aground.

Second Louisiana rig accident minor: report

Here is a picture of a barge rig, notice the size.

Your statement was chocked full of speculation. What makes your observation more correct than others?

So from what I can conjure up in my trusty photoshop, I am truly amazed. Are they trying to get closer to peak oil on purpose? No idea....

Any comments on the map I made?
