Hi chris,
I noticed you left the thread where you shared your experience…
I was just wondering if you had already come to any conclusion about what happened or if it was just because you think it’s not worthy to go ahead with it…
Btw, beautiful song, that from Carpenters!

Talking about Nina Hagen, she is reading ATS as well, there is a link on her hompepage

www.beepworld.de...

Hm, her site is as badlam as herself - in a cute way.

But some things are def woth reading.
She also mentions Nena and the crob circles.
Put on your sunglasses and have a balm tea before clicking on her site.

And have fun!

Yes I was told Nina was at Roswell recently too.

I am considering making a TV special for one of my Saturday night shows purely interviewing celebs who have an interest in strange phenomena. It could prove very interesting!

personally i prefer nina to nena... nena never had a real interest in ufos she just goes with the flow. if i's hip to talk or sing about it, she will to sell her albums. nothing more. nina is a real believer and always had been.
nina seems to be a lovely person although (or because???
) she is kinda weird sometimes and not totally credible.
but hey it's about believeing and not proving right? and what someone believes can't be categorised into credible or not credible. as long as a believe is just a believe it's not a proof and can't be measured by credibility.

@Chris and guard ... the right word is "nom de plume" and not "non de plume" or "none de plume"
(it's a french expression)

Thanks for that and that it seemed to make you

Keep the flow flowing ... all

Much Love, Light, Peace, Truth, Chocolate & all the good stuff for you folks !!!

do i think its made a difference?

yes...in my life it has
I think everybody wants to feel some sense of community...
Outing myself this way just introduce's me in one foul swoop(for want of a better expression)
subtlety has never been one of my strong points...; )
i guess i view this as an experiment...thinks to self...lets see what happens if i do this?]
so your answer to the question "has it made a difference?"
yes...my lifes a bit different because of my actions.....
But I do get a real kick out of all of all of this......

Well if its made a difference in you life then that can't be bad can it...at the end of the day whether your a celebrity or not everyone has a right to give their views on a subject that they are passionate about, and if it is your passion at the moment then good on you

At the end of the day celebrity or not we are all human (well I think we are anyway
)and all belong to the same world (unless of course you are visiting from another planet
) so why shouldn't we be able to voice our opinions on a subject we are passionate about

I for one am glad I ventured upon this site as I have answers to some questions that have followed me around through the years...I am pleased to have become part of this community thankyou ATS

Sry for the sarcasm
but I wonder how many hits this video has had since you posted this here, more in this week then its probably had in months...lol... but it is indeed a beautiful song as such all the Carpenter ones...such a beautiful voice and such a tragic end to wonderfully talented lady

White Mouse,

thanks for posting that correction, as I was going to do so myself. I was sitting here reading away and the entire time I was saying to myself, don't correct it , don't correct it, don't correct it, aaahhh what the *&^% correct it, LOL only to find you had already done so.

I remember listening to the Carenters song many years ago and yes it was a beautiful song. One of my favourites though is still Chris de Burg's a Spaceman came traveling. However this one does touch on a very controversal( excuse the spelling if I am wrong I haven't had enough coffee yet) topic which is one theory about religion and Jesus being visited by aliens or some believing that "He" actually was an extra terrestrial being.

I loved watching that UFO documentary I found on Youube that Dan Aykroyd did. It was really interesting. this whole place is so interesting and addictive, though I have to say i try to stay away from the whole animal abuse ones, they make me sick and I am such a suck when it comes to any animals. Oops I've gone off topic.

...

As to what other people ''think'' about this thread is exactly that ....their ''Thoughts''...
now you can either choose to engage and debate these people or not....

To be honest i quite enjoy the odd bit of negativity...its fun
dissecting it and trying to understand where people are coming from....

Here's the deal... i think my AIM is true...just like most people here
but iam open to offers that it might not be...

Beacuse.....

i've been wrong before.....

I am surprised and impressed. intelligent, profound, good with words.
still doesnt save lifes...
but a lot of good thoughts.
once again i learn, not to have cut and dried opinions about people.

yes i understand your point completely.ALthough it does presume that i haven't got a non de plume allready.......

For all who did/do not know what a 'none de plume' is ...
=> this way please: en.wikipedia.org... lol

Thanks for upgrading my vocabulary!

Sorry....I'm not English and I don't understand the sentence:"NONE DE PLUME"
I hope it was not a criticism about me......sorry..

"nom de plume" is only a french expression that means "the name of the writer". [Because several years ago people wrote with a feather (= plume) and some ink]. That's all!

a nome de plume is a name an artist uses to give himself
not his real name, a name to publish his books, to make music etc.

so mark twain is not the real name of that writer - it is Samuel Langhorne Clemens
i guess you can find other examples easily!
