So..... Stealing some cigars is an automatic death penalty ?

I think the media is just trying to white wash the real issue here. An unarmed man was gunned down in the street... Yet again. While Micheal Brown was far from innocent in this scenario. I still think the police should investigate this shooting as a homicide.... I'll hold my breath and wait for that to happen. lol.

All over 40 dollars.... what a waste....

If he didn't steal those cigars he would be alive today...

You can prove without a doubt that he stole those cigars?

Didn't think so....

He would also be alive if the cop had used reasonable force instead of just blasting away.

I'll concede that point to you but I've still gotta reiterate my point. Shooting someone over a 40$ box of cigars is pretty darn excessive, let alone an unarmed man who was surrendering.

And for the record, I don't believe stealing cigars justifies being shot, but I'm stating if he wouldn't have stolen those cigars, I'm sure this whole event would have never unfolded...

Even IF he did steal those cigars, it is not the police's job to execute him.

He should have been arrested and put on trial, as much as a farce that the American court system is. And this whole "he tried to steal the officer's gun" revelation seems rather made up to me, made up to justify the cold blooded murder of this kid.

It puzzles me how people embrace their enslavement.

Keep bending over...

Nice deflection, please answer my question.

(Pretty please?)

Another violent criminal gets instant karma. He was violent towards that store employee, cop was violent towards him. Don't be a violent criminal and you probably won't get shot.

This wasn't some idiot kid stealing cigars. He was a BIG intimidating black kid. Look at his swagger. Look at the way he treated the little guy. This was a FELONY ROBBERY BY MISSOURI STATE LAW! And again he may well have assaulted the police officer AND TRIED TO STEAL HIS WEAPON! Facts are still missing but for you to call this a simple shoplifting of cigar is ridiculous!

And this poor business owner had his business burned down after the fact! Where are the riots supporting him!!!!!!!!?????? HUH??????

Look you have NO CLUE what these cops go through on the streets of St. Louis and places like Ferguson? Do you? Day in and day out they are dealing with disrespectful punks and black communities that despise them for just being white cops. This cop may not have been innocent. This was a bad unfortunate situation all around but you're an idiot if you think this cop was somehow gunning for this guy and woke up that morning wanting to execute a black teenager. PLease……..

$48.99 box of cigars and the store probably has insurance. Yes, Brown intimidated the store clerk but that crime does not mean it's then ok for the cops to shoot him and kill him.

Police say he tried to grab the gun, witness says he didn't

Michael Brown was shot in the back multiple times while his body lay on the street for hours.

Yes, yes I do.

Been there several times in the past, I have many friends in that region.

Day in and day out they are dealing with disrespectful punks and black communities that despise them for just being white cops.

Perhaps they despise them due to the constant ongoing police brutality?

It's very ignorant of you to claim that all black people in East St Louis hate white cops.

Respect is earned, not given.

These corrupt tyrants deserve no respect.

So, someone who steals something actually goes to the register and asks for the item to be stolen?

Cigars are behind the counter. The clerk had to have handed those cigars to him. So, who hands someone merchandise before they are paid? Especially in a "bad" neighborhood.

Looks like he even grabbed some money from his friend and paid for them to me.

But, people will see what they want to see.

Maybe the confrontation was due to the clerk mouthing off?

Who were these witnesses ? are they reliable or same gang members as this huge guy who used his size against smaller one ?
Size like that is intimidating and he used his body as such. We don´t have any videos of actual shooting ? So we don´t really know what happened.

How did police brutality cause Michael Brown to rob a store? Seems to me that thugs commit violent acts and then complain when cops treat them violently.
