I think this is gonna be goodnite. It's been a long day for me. Been cooking since early this morn.

The party has moved downstairs and I'm not in the mood.

Dawg. Yah, it's the Morons on the road that I watch out for too. Crazy thing is, they are local drivers that HAVE to know what snowy road conditions can do to a vehicle doing 75 miles an hour!! LOL!!

You know, I would love to travel and meet all of you face to face and have a beer or two.

I could even afford it an a year or so.

Snow is on my bucket list!

In all seriousness, I am not sure I could manage to go through your airports without getting really upset and ending up in the doo doo pile.

A friend was asked if he was visiting for business or pleasure. Apparently 'both' is a wrong answer, it has to be one or the other. Both is a no no. Held him up for two hours while they checked him out.

Don't think I could do that.

A little news to share with you about our angel friend...
Seems today it is her birthday so it's party time again!

She brought us all together in a very lovely way...
We had so much fun that most of us decided we would stay.

Now a year has passed and here we are, a motley crew indeed...
Who knew that such a kinship would grow from that tiny seed?

So let's raise a glass (or coffee mug) to toast her on this day...
Maybe when her work day's over she will come in here to play.

Happy Birthday Jane! I hope this year you're wishes all come true...

Hi Jacy,
So far I've got bugger all done really...trying to keep up with thanking folks over on FB I feel like I'm having a party already.

Today is a bit of mixed emotions, it's 20 years to the day that my amazing dad passed, so my birthday has become more of a father/daughter thing.

Anyway, I am off to my daughters for a bath and a bit of pampering tonight ...I know that sounds bad...the yearly bath on my birthday! lol! But I have a downright useless but very posh bath that the hot water tank can not fill...so I asked if I could swap a meal out for a lovely long aromatherapy + candles soak in her tub! I haven't had a bath since I moved last August!
