LOLZ...CNN has Anderson Cooper in the Square. He is amazingly staying on topic and has found fairly interest English speaking people in the crowd.

That said, I am fascinated by the New Moon aspect of this story.

But according to this the new moon was on 11th.

Yeah, none of it is coincidental. He actually resigned in March of last year, just announced it now, and then changed the vaticallaws to allow them to elect Petrus Romanus today, the day of comet and also a veryimportant day in the jewish calendar if I remember rightly...

I don'tthink any of those new moons are a coincidence. Astrologically, new moons bring in a new energy, and by staging these events that way it allows the black magicians to try to grab the aether and twist it in a direction they want...

Italian is the Vatican's official language and will likely be used.

The other side of all this that strikes me is the splendour of the Vatican City itself. Of course, it is entirely appropriate that the 'centre' of a worldwide movement is in grand surroundings. However, I can't help feeling that it verges on Idolatry.

As I say, I'm not religious myself, but I respect values such as love, forgiveness, charity and so on. I don't spend much of my time overly considering things like the Catholic Church, but I can't help thinking when they're in the news that Jesus himself (if you accept the traditional interpretation) would be rather taken back by all this splendour. Not least as many Catholics live in poverty within communities direly in need of financial investment.

I don't mean that with any disrespect at all to Catholic folk, by the way. Today bring you folk good news.

Holy cow this is taking a long time.

I am not religious nor believe in the Catholic Church as a whole. I am just ripe with curiousity if the prophecy is going to be coming true or not. Now if it does, whether it's by coincidence or self-fullfillment is something we will never know.
