Pretty sure that's just the guy's desktop wallpaper. Look at how the program icons are arranged around the picture and that it's not appearing inside of a window. It's his desktop.

its his wall paper dude! how do i know that? because the photo doesn't have any sort of frame around it like for example, when you view a picture in a picture viewer or in editing software. And i know it's not in full screen either, because you can see the ICONS on the desktop.

OK, so I looked at the images side-by-side for quite some time, and I've come to the conclusion that beyond the angle of the monitor affecting the image, I believe the astronaut's wallpaper is in a different resolution, which alters the exact dimensions of the crafts.

On a side note, space would be so cool to visit. I'm envious of anyone who gets to experience such a journey.

it's artwork from zorgon's living moon site.

www.thelivingmoon.com...

Great catch!

Boy that Zorgon really has the HIGHEST level contacts...

... quite literally out of this world!

*tries not to be jealous*

Has anyone told Zorgon that one of his images is used as a wallpaper on the ISS laptop? Quite the honour and possibly tip of the hat to him I think.

Thanks but if you look at the image 12m8keall2c posted you will see the Czechoslovakian source attached beneath it

Haha gotta love when an OP is proven completely wrong, is too delusional to admit it, and then abandons his own thread

Wow. Are you new?

This was debunked a while ago. It is a desktop image of some guy's artwork if memory serves. Someone uploaded the actual screenshot of it.

Use the search function.

My bad, I was going by what 12m8keall2c said.
I didn't think to check your site for the image in question. I'll make sure to do that next time.

I think they're having a laugh at this thread...

Probably putting bets on how long it will take to notice the ceiling guy.

Just because there's a UFO on his desktop.
Does not mean it's a real UFO.

And the search button would do you some good.
This has already been gone over.

Dude .. seriously .. you are either hindered by impaired eyesight, have a cheap-ass monitor, or you are plain and simply refusing to accept the obvious reality.

These .. pictures .. are .. exactly .. the .. same.

Even Stevie Wonder could figure that out.

OK...one more try to show it's wallpaper....carefully look at the cloud pattern on the Earth....now, the chances of those patterns matching if they are two different things are not good....and they match.

There's no way that's an actual UFO .. it looks like a man made drawing/painting .. a conceptualized depiction of a craft that NASA likes to make ..

My desktop is a picture of an asteroid destroying the Earth. Point is, it's probably just a fake picture that he thinks is cool.
