George Zimmerman set to seek bail

A Florida neighbourhood watch volunteer accused over the death of an unarmed black teenager is appearing in court where he is expected to seek bail.

His lawyer said earlier the hearing at Seminole County Court would determine whether to post bond.

No mention of bail at this hearing..

The case is being given over to formal judge..

This leads us to believe a bail hearing will
be in its own hearing.
At a bit of a little later timing we will see..
Nothing big was been found out here.

The defense will make a motion for a bond hearing.

At that time we will find out...

Between now and may 29th I am sure
zimmermans defense will be getting a bond hearing
set up soon.

Zimmermans defense attorney's last statement
when asked again about the bail hearing
he said "a bail hearing was no appropriate
at this time*...

Well folks there we have it, since he is not
a flight risk they will have to give him
some sort of bond until trial...

If he can afford to pay it and get out
if another issue..

Next to find out when this bond hearing will be..

Sitting in jail right now, his attorney
is going to set for a bond hearing..

For some reason he stated right now
is not the time to ask for bond..

I think it is a good idea to get a bond hearing
here in a few days or a week, but yes he sits in jail
until the bond hearing, then judge will have to set it..
Which then he will have to post 10% of whatever
it is set at.

They want this kept in the public eye,
and a grand jury would be biased in the
evidence presented. Either they totally
letting zimmerman off or try for a first degree
murder charge, which is why the grand jury
for the others involved is a HUGE gamble..

What the grand jury sees is confidential
what evidence and facts they are hear
are confidential as well...

Why this special prosecuter wanted to make
all the calls, and make a name for herself
in lew of this tragic event.

WOW! I'm really impressed that this is actually being brought forth publicly.

I've said from the beginning that Zimmerman created and escalated a situation that resulted in a death.

I understand "Letter of the Law" - - - but have always felt some responsibility of choice of action - - should be held accountable.

I understand in Florida - - citizen's arrest is legal - - but creating a situation and escalating a situation - - that results in shooting an innocent person? Somethings got to give.

The propagandists are complaining now that george zimmerman isn't getting charged with 1st degree murder even though it obviously wasn't premeditated.

I agree the guy needs to be charged with a few things, but it seems like the irrational horde of black people and rich folk won't stop at castrating him just before torturing him to death. What's next, they want to get his family members too? It appears a lot of Americans think the judicial system is the legal equivalent of gang or race warfare.
