Ive noticed this occurrence in several threads on the same topics lately. Without any facts to back their claims up, its the old circular argument now.

There is an easy resolution to all of this.

Take the list of issues the IAEA has. Invite IAEA inspectors in. Take the list and Inspectors and go one by one down the list and resolve the concerns.

There are many explanations for high enrichment uranium. Nuclear submarines run highly enriched uranium. High Flux Neutron reactors used for materials science studies run nearly 98 percent enriched fuels in most applications and have a very small core size.

If Israel can make 400 nukes with reactors, then anyone else that wants to do the same should, as the precident is set. Else, go take away Israels nukes and if there happens to be one somewhere else then take that one also.

All you have is a bunch of paranoid Zionist oriented suppositions, and there are lots of other uses for HEU. Even Neutron detectors use high enriched uranium in research methods.

Take the UN, USA, RUSSIA, CHINA, and who ever else wants to go and knock on Israel's doors and go inspect all of Dimona, including the underground areas they hid from inspections that Vanunu speaks about. Then go find out where all the Dimona Plutonium production went and trace down all this nuclear bombs and insist they all be taken apart and everything put under international safeguard control in Russia.

Track every drop of fission material in Israel, then talk about Iran. Iran is a tiny problem compared to the Israeli nuclear domination for that region. imho

You didn't answer my question. You stated reason why Isreal should be concerned not why MY tax dollars need to go to defend a nation that is capable of defending itself. I'm sick of my Government sending billions a year to Israel while Americans can't even find a job. I'm sick of my Government sending soldiers to fight a crusade against anyone that questions Israel or the land that was stolen and given to them.

Iran has no nuclear vessels, either sub nor surface vessel.
The nuclear program they have forbids the transfer of items to military applications, which is what they would be doing for nuclear propulsion military vessels.

20% enrichment is the base line for the category of Highly Enriched Uranium. The level nuclear armed countries use is 85% on up.

20% enrichment is still high enough to use in a nuclear bomb and achieve a nuclear reaction / explosion. Ahmadinejad claims they have the ability to enrich up to 80%..

Iran's claim - Peaceful and transparent.

The more stink that is made to blow up Iran, the greater the guarantee that Russia will arm Iran with tactical nukes and missles, as they did with Cuba. That likely is happening as we speak, as the physical threat against Iran with the place ringed with US bases is pretty severe.

All this invasion talk of Iran will either guarantee Russia helps them build nuke bases, as happened with Cuba, or things will get so bad that Russia will give then 20 nukes for their military use.

Russia and China see this as their little oil patch, and they'll be more than willing to get into a nuclear battle over it. Cuba was nothing compared to Iran, and Cuba had so many nukes any invastion force would be crushed. imho


The Russians are tough and Putin is tougher than Khruschev. I really doubt the US is going to take on Russia and China and they'll be willing to watch Israel get blown off the planet before themselves. imho

If you want to hold Israel to a treaty they never signed and force your way in, then the UN should be able to forcibly inspect Iran for ignoring treaty obligations they voluntarily agreed to.
