I saw the video of what this girl did and I just couldn't believe it, I was really angry at first.

Then I thought of how inhumane people are to animals all over the world and how it's never reported. We're angry because she filmed it and seemed to take pleasure in doing it. But what is worse? Thousands of cruel acts happening behind the scenes with an almost desensitized acceptance, or a rare act put on film?

They're all unacceptable to me.

And this girl is sick. No amount of 'punishment' or anger will change her illness....because she's a sociopath. Get mad at her? Why? She's not even a qualified
rational thinking human. She's like an animal herself. One BIG animal throwing other animals into a river.

But our society is sick. Our world is hostile. You're just SEEING it on a video and it's REAL because of that. Well, a lot worse happens daily in our faces and thanks to the internet, more of it is exposed. What this girl did is NOTHING compared to what humans do to other INNOCENT humans on a daily basis.

Just go watch some videos of children in countries we've bombed who have their faces ruined, or limbs gone, or skin burned till they are unrecognizable...

Not to say what this girl did is okay, but she is just one drop in the bucket of what is out there. Thank God though we're not all like this. Thanks god that MOST people are decent and that this is rare.

She should have ate them, then things would have been okay, since whether you throw them in the water or eat them, it's not like in both cases you'd have dead puppies.

Isn't this puppy socialism? End the puppy welfare state, NOW.

How is she sick or ill? With the way we treat people, this is just following a natural course. We don't give a crap about life, period. So stop acting like you do and let people kill whatever animals they want in any manner they want. If you want to get into morality and ethics, first fix things with your own species and it will "trickle down" and animals will benefit as well.

But this girl gets to suffer and be labeled horrible things because of everyone's collective ignorance. She's pointing out a problem that humans have between each other, and society instead of acknowledging it, wants to label her a villain. Convenient.

Honestly you people are beyond hypocritical sometimes. Demanding blood over a few puppies being killed by a 12 year old kid, without even facing up to the reality of who really is responsible.
I want you to think … if only for a second, what kind of environment she was brought up in. What was going on when this 12 year old was growing up, what her young mind must of witnessed in her early years. Do you really believe a 12 year old is responsible for her actions, or perhaps, just perhaps she’s a product of the environment she was brought up in. I think there has been enough blood shed in her country don’t you.

You've really seemed to miss the boat on many things here. Your post almost reads like satire. Is that intentional?

What amazes me is that people get so fired up over this crap. If the video was never taken the puppies would still have been tossed into the river and died and no one would have been the wiser. If people are getting mad just because the video WAS taken and WAS posted on the internet is ridiculous, you should be thanking them for taking the video and educating people on what really happens in life, its not some happy go lucky fantasy world we live in. Unless you start to realize this your going to be in for a lot of dissapointment. Death is a part of life the two go hand and hand and regardless if she was tossing puppies or possums it happened and its done. All these idiots who want to do harm to her are just hippicrites and you really need to take a breath and go on with life. Hell when I was growing up I killed a ton of Possums and racoons on our farm with a steel pipe, they were pests and I enjoyed killing them because I knew if I didnt go out and kill them everynight that they would eat every baby chicken and turkey raised, nothing was worse then waking up and seeing all the hard work you had done raising them from eggs and all that remained was blood and feathers. Remeber Animals are just as gluttonous as us in most cases.

Animals do kill for food and some even for what seems to be “sport” in the form of play that is more a practice of their skills. This is often done in cats. Animals do not always get a quick kill either they are not fully equipped to do a quick kill.


Humans on the other hand are able to make a quick kill and in the instances we do not have one we should not take pleasure in the suffering of another being that has life. Clubbing something is one thing but taking pleasure in its suffering is another.

Without the video we all know animal cruelty happens. It happens just as often as human on human cruelty. Neither is right. My father-in-law hates cats with a passion and is always talking of killing them. I have explained things should only be killed for food or protection (of property or livestock as you did). Saying that though things should be finished off as quickly as possible, letting something suffer and taking enjoyment from its suffering is inhumane.

I believe this girl can be shown the error in what she did, at least there is a chance. I am not upset that there is a video, I am upset that something was made to suffer. Without the video we would have never known about this incident, but we are mature enough to know it happens.

After reading your post though I wonder, what your thoughts are on the Asian woman who used high heels to kill kittens?

I am so glad this girl is caught and so is her brother who shot the video. It was only matter of time before she was found...my heart was set on it. She needs to be locked up in a padded room of some mental hospital or prison lifelong.

Oh and nice excuse "Grandmother said coz. they had parasites that's why I was laughing, giggling and chucking them one by one into river like a ball" and the war torn country BS. In this incident the war happened when the girl was not even born lol.. Going by that same reasoning every person in a country where war ever happened would be treating animals cruelly but it isn't happening For ex. India which has had some wars with Pakistan and China has a woman breastfeeding a 3-4 day old calf whose mother died of natural causes (with video). Now this woman is poor and as any poor can be, illiterate, impoverished and also lives in a rural area. It's all about how you really are inside as a human. No amount of excuses to cover up your crime would help..instead would only make you look like a bigger looser than you are.

So, are we to assume you consider a fly on a par with a human being?

I try not to kill anything at all, and feel guilt if i have to, (which is rare), but despite feeling that every living creature has a right to it's life, i can see there is a gaping chasm of existential difference between the intrinsic value of a cat/dog's life and that of a disease carrying fly.

People, in my opinion that are over the legal age commit far worse crimes and get off with less, so why should she be sent to prison for life?

I do agree she deserves to be punished, like perhaps fined, community service, working in an animal shelter, etc.

well thats a differnt story. The dogs were known to have rabies and the reason for their disposal was obvious. For those who say the should have used a Vet..Pulease you do what you have to do and i don't hold what she did against her...if she enjoyed it..she enjoyed it,doesnt make her a monster at all.

but as for the kittens..As far as I know they were not sick and its obvious the footage was taken to make a film for those with a fetish. Was it wrong...maybe...should the WOMAN be punished? i dunno. people do strange things in strange countries and what may seem outrageous to the western civilization may be cultural norms in another. Its not my place to judge these people on they're actions for im sure what ive done to nature in the past could be just as horrible in someone elses eyes. All i know is in the last 100 years the political correctness of everything has gotten out of hand. its now blastamphy to enjoy any sort of killing, and those who do are labeled as sick or mentally twisted. I know im not mentally twisted, I show my family love and have compassion towards humans and animals...but I can enjoy killing and I have before..does that mean im a closet serial killer...nope..Im just a human animal....just like everyone else.

I agree some medical or social service type intervention would be beneficial to someone who has so little regard for life, as these kids apparently do.

This is how psychopathic serial killers start off. Getting their kicks torturing and murdering defenseless animals, before moving up to the two legged human variety of 'prey', once they've honed their techniques as it were.

A checkup from the neck up, followed by a supervision order or mentoring would be in order i'd say. Lifelong prison is obviously over the top mate.

I do believe all animal cruelty offenders needs to be imprisoned. For those kill animals cruelly the sentencing should be same as taking a life be it a individual person or some company involved in meat processing. For torturing it should be treated same as torturing a life. Even those who kill to eat should do it humanely...boiling live animals etc. should be treated harshly to discourage such things.

Why people are afraid of murdering other today because they know if they will get caught they will face consequences for it. The animal abusers dont have such fears because they know they will only have to pay little fine and can do it again. What's there to stop them to do it again?
