Human Alien…..

.....now if this were a jury I'd yell out "leading question" or "entrapment by MMN" because we know how you feel about The Buzz!

I reckon ol’ Buzz is brilliant! ……extremely intelligent, articulate, mischievous…..yes. brilliant!

He said nothing, right?

Oh…..he said a few things, alright…..

It's been duped out or misunderstood right, MMN?

Exactly!

And…..he enjoys every minute of that confusion!

Kind regards

Psssst, Ben. Don't answer said-question. It's a slippery slope and one that will get this thread going in a whole other direction.

(MMN, this is not to say you're a traffic person though
)

trust me i will answer every questions

that need to be debated and discussed .. THE REAL FACTS
i wanted to get wet on the subject .. having a more direct approach can have some good result ..

i beleive we can wake up the mind from some state of zombie-ness
to enlight it with logic .. its a way to let the truth enter in some individuals
i wasnt convince by any of these astronaults .. or any threads, TV shows or news outlets..
how can someone dont beleive in Aliens ... a more advanced civilization
highly inteligent E.T's species coming from another planet ...

THATS THE UNIVERS EVERYONE
populated everywhere with millions of different aliens races
only on earth we have millions of different species
and we are still discovering new ones

A thread filled with only people who heartily agree with one another, without need for discourse or any call to validate position is not denying ignorance at all. It's the equivalent of conversational onanism.

Debate is the healthiest form of reaching consensus. And debate requires multiple points of view.

This is the process that best leads to a denial of ignorance.

Elaborate.... and provide proof of said quotes.. I am assuming you have proof, correct? Certainly you wouldn't just pop on here and deliver such sayings to the ATS community and present it as truth without proof???

second..

I couldn't agree more with you !!!!

The truth cannot only be flowers, butterflies and rainbows !!!

And I, for one, am curious as to what Maybe...Maybe Not would like to contribute.

And honestly, isn't this what ATS is all about or am I missing something here??

Indeed.. however, I feel that you missed the sarcasm in said quote.. as well as the point that I was trying to make..

On the other hand, I believe you know exactly what I was saying... There is a difference between healthy debate and being obnoxious.

What debunkers or de-railers like to do is zero in on one or two misnomers (like Buzz Aldrin NOT saying specific things) and totally ignore other undisputed eye witnesses.

Yes, we have Edgar Mitchell and Gordon Cooper and Scott Carpenter and Story Musgrave (and maybe one or two more like Donna Hare and Gary Mckinnon) who all ADMIT to cover-ups. Some right out say "alien visitations' too!

But.............nah. Let's ignore them and refocus our attention to the few who've been allegedly misquoted.

I just don't know what that really serves in the long run. If one or two people were misquoted (or misinterpreted) how does that negate the others?

It's nothing but smoke and mirrors and a Three-Card Monte act. "Lookie here so not to call attention over there'.

Good try though!

Ben81, Ouroborus2012, SonoftheSun…..

If you give me a little while, I’ll pull together a definitive “Buzz” post for you.

Subsequent to that, I can provide you with information about the other astronauts mentioned in here, such as Cooper & Mitchell.

Kind regards

Well, I would equate sarcasm and obnoxiousness as being very closely related tactics - if I were one to read into things. But my approach is to always give the benefit of the doubt here because tone is often lost in the written word.

So, as it goes, no I do not know exactly what you were saying and upon rereading this thread I haven't seen anything I would deem "obnoxious".

The thing about Buzz baby is, he's such an enigmatic ex-astronaut, filled with so many personal issues, it's hard to discern what's what when it comes to him. His own ex-wife said disparaging things about him so.....can we leave him out? He's such an easy target of ridicule and derailment.

We're talking about the other (what is it, 20+) astronauts who made claims.
So way put all our attention on one troubled soul (Buzz) and not discuss the other astronauts?

The thing (in my opinion is)....the truth is slowly seeping out because many of these astronauts are Seniors now. So.....let's wait. The 50-year code-of-silence is almost around the corner.

PS. That's why 1997 was such a pivotal UFO year. It was 50 years after Roswell and people started talking! (please don't ask me for names for I don't recall. I think the dentist and/or funeral director were among the few)

PPS. Those who aren't familiar with Ingo Swann, should!!!

i just hope if any of those hardcore skeptic guys who thing we are alone in the univers.... what if they are wrong .... and we were right
if a alien appear directly in front of them ... i just hope people will not shot him on sight ..

if any one show hostiles signs (human or aliens)
you shoot in the leg thats it .. to avoid any harm coming to you and your familly.. no killings ...
(it was an exemple)
some races are very kind to humans .. others are not
its like earth... many different nationalities .. but there is 2 kinds of people in those nationalities
good peoples....
and bad peoples who do stupid irreversible bad mistakes
shame on them that they failed of not be enought strong to fight the dark side
no aliens diserve to be shoot if they show no hostile sign
its like any animals or humans

Human_Alien,

I am believer. But I do not agree with what you are saying. I believe in what the astronauts are saying. What I DO NOT know is what Maybe...Maybe Not knows about Aldrin.

And I would like to find out. Why is it that almost in every thread where I see his name now, he's seen as the debunker that wants to derail threads ?

How can we have a discussion if believers keep trashing debunkers and debunkers keep "derailing" threads as I so often read?

It's gotta stop somewhere if we're ever gonna have a serious topic at hand.

Everyone is aloud to have an opinion, no? Or are we so diluted in our own personal truths that nothing else counts or matters?

And this is NOT off topic as I want to know why MMN asked about Aldrin.

Think I can have an answer now? Would be nice.

The ISS moves quite fast. Like faster than an airplane fast. It doesn't sit in one place, it is in orbit around the earth just like a satellite. Satellites move quite fast as well.

Whatever you think you are seeing is NOT the ISS. If you don't believe me then google it.

By your posts I can tell that you ARE trolling. So I'm not gonna feed you anymore

this is what aldrin said :

The Bolivian journalist and writer Eduardo Ascarrunz, author of the historical novel “The Salt of Wonder”, which explains the story of the astronaut Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin about an unexpected encounter with a UFO, said “It’s a secret kept by NASA in half a century.”

The author pointed out to the media that “Aldrin confessed ten years ago but only decided to publish it with the approval of the astronaut, when he considered that the world was prepared for such a novelty.”

Aldrin walked on the Moon on 20 July 1969 and was the second man to do so, the first man who did it was Neil Armstrong, of the Apollo XI mission.

In his book, the journalist relates that “The astronauts reported to the control center at NASA in Houston, United States, that they weer escorted by an UFO when they reached the Moon. “

“Here we are, they are here, under our ship, we found some visitors,” said Armstrong to Houston, receiving as answer the request of being more precise, Aldrin recounted.

The dialogue that Buzz Aldrin told to the journalist was the following:

Aldrin: “I’m saying that there is other spacecraft. They are across the crater.”

Houston: ” have you succeeded in filming?”

Aldrin: “we can´t film at the moment, the cameras are photographing other objectives. They are under us, getting closer to the moon beside us, watching us.”

Houston: “What? Are they watching?”

Aldrin: “Yes, we are not alone.”

Well....because this is not a Buzz Aldrin thread. As Maybe Maybe Not points out, there are a whole bunch of other threads on him.

I see this as a derailment to the OPs overall topic.
If one person, Buzz Aldrin is known to have been misquoted (and that really has to do with the Moon hoax opposed to seeing UFOs per se) I don't know why were spending the last 10 posts on one person.

Search out Buzz and you'll get about 20 threads on the guy.

To me, he's an easy target because once people realize his quotes were taken out of context then....some people might get the impression (tainted) that everything else relevant to astronauts and admitting UFO is a farce too.
People are easily led.

Don't you see that or am I all alone on this?

Listen, I happen to like MMN. I think he brings a lot of interesting ideas to threads but, this (bringing up Buzz) is something unnecessary.

Edit to add: I wasn't calling MMN a debunker. I was referring to paid shills out in our world who do this for a living.

He's gonna be back with info on other astronauts as well.

Sorry if my post seemed directed at you, it wasn't. I was just expressing what I feel is going on in the U&A Board.

I feel much better now

edit/ that would be A&U Board

and I wish I can see the ISS with my own eyes someday...

Human Alien.....

It has not been my intention to derail the thread by mentioning Buzz.

I did that because Ben81 broadened his topic beyond Mitchell in his opening post.

Nevertheless, I will persist with drafting my "Buzz" post & hope that it adds something of interest to Ben81's thread.

Kind regards
