what does anyone think seeing his birth certificate would achieve? Either he's really American or they would fake one to look like he is. Seems a bit like asking NASA for photos of the moon to see if those blurred shadows are actually structures. Either there are none or thy would Photoshop them out, either way you're no closer to the truth, and let's face it you won't believe his certificate is real if it says he's American anyway just like I don't believe half of what NASA says

Just because a kenyan man says that obama is from kenya, to prove his point, doesn't mean it's true. Obama wasn't meant to win this election it's obvious. He threw them in for a loop and they're trying to get rid of him because they hate him. He's not part of the plan or in on it. It should have been clinton to win obviously. It should have been Bush,Clinton,Bush, Clinton. Not Bush,Clinton,Bush, OBAMA. It's obviously blatant. That theory that obama isn't america probably came from the CIA itself, and to say he's not american is ridiculous. His mother WAS american, so therefore he is ofcrouse american. Children inherit their parents nationalities, that could also mean he could be double citizenship. Which is nothing wrong. You can look at his background and tell that he's different from the other presidents, he didnt' come from prestigious families, with a wealthy father/family. He had a background just like you and i, and the majority of folks in america outside the mega wealthy. i wish people would stop complaining over spilled milk. He's already in office. We supported bush, we can def support obama.

I have to disagree with that. If Obama is not in the loop, why did he support the 700 billion bail out that went to banks? Both him and McCain were for the bail outs, highlighting the complete lack of choice when it comes to presidential candidates. If Obama is not in the loop, why did he support the swine flu scam? And global warming taxes? Just like Bush, there are too many influences surrounding him. Even if Obama is a good guy, you still have Geithner and Emmanuel to worry about, not to mention Pelosi, but she is admittedly on a whole 'nother level of craziness.

I believe that they picked Obama because of his popularity, but also as a fall guy. Obama's popularity is soothing the liberals that were momentarily mad at Bush. But now that Obama is elected, the liberals are pacified, they don't care about politics, they don't even care to see Obama's weekly address to the nation, which I watch by the way and don't even like Obama. They are too content with living their life and enjoying themselves, thinking that Obama is on their side. As a result, the nation is now slowly forgetting about Bush's war crimes, all the while building the (neo)conservative anger against Obama, so they can use that misguided and manipulated anger to elect Palin (provided they get Ron Paul out of the way first), so Palin could do the same thing Obama is doing, which was the same thing Bush was doing. There is but one plan on the horizon, and that plan is the "Lord's" plan, (Israel/Lord Rothschild).

This is almost like having a big avatar and a screename that sounds really cool is really going to get people to think of you as some rebel.

The internet tricks people into thinking that sitting behind a keyboard and portraying an image is going to get them the recognition they never got as a child.

People create online forum names and profiles to attempt to impress others with their false image of what they found on google to represent them.

Doing something offline will actually get you more recognition.

You will soon learn that sitting on internet forums and hiding behind a computer is getting you nowhere.

The reason your ego is not liked by online people is because everyone online is trying to look interesting and use a googled avatar.

Excellent thought, however there is but one flaw to it: if what you say is true, why are you online?

Sorry, I really do like the thought, but I just had to respond. Look, it is better to do things offline, but I think a balance is essential. The internet is the 'database' of information, and we should use this to get our community active. There was a news story about a 19 year old Ron Paul supporter who won MAYOR in a city in Wisconsin I believe. I mean, talk about civil responsibility.

Is there going to be a new thread started every time some random person says "Obama is Kenyan", no matter who they are or what evidence they have to prove this?

I'm thinking...yes.

Personally it may be wise to just wait till someone comes forward with actual irrefutable evidence instead of jumping at NPR typos, Ghana News articles, opinions from random people and anonymous sources.

That isn't even mentioning those wacky lawsuits that provided a fake Canadian birth certificate signed by "Mickey Mouse" as evidence of Obamas' citizenship status.

There is a reason why they all dead-end.

I would just like to say that the amount of "give it a rest, there's no conspiracy, you're beating a dead horse" comments only drive the moral imperative further. If there is any shred of truth in the claims, you are standing as a gate keeper to the truth. Even if there is no truth to it, and the lies are all concocted by the CIA (which, by the way, a non-conspiracy theorist would never even fathom to be a possibility, since only CT's think the CIA is a secret government), at least we are maintaining our sense of critical thinking, in a online forum no less, I mean it's not like we're telling young children that Obama DEFINITELY is not born in America, and that he's a socialist and wants to rob their future from them. We are debating this in an organized and intellectual way, and all you have to share is your pleas to "stop the madness" well sorry but that makes it even more suspicious. And as for the brainwashing of children, we all know which group does that. "Happy, health, hot" the UN teaching girl scouts how to be sexually active while the parents are not in the room (girl time only), why aren't you going on their publications and screaming "enough is enough" ?

You do realize that the article in question is from 2004 right? What does that tell you?

him being a US citizen does not have any basis whatsoever

-Fake certificate
-all these Kenyans saying he was born in Kenya
-$2,000,000 he has spent to lock all of his documentation up

Just once I would like someone on this damn forum to link where the hell they get the 2 million to lock up his documents from? I haven't seen one person verify that information yet. Of all the threads about this I have never seen anyone do this... Since you have referenced this multiple times already optimus why don't you show us where you got the 2 million from?

He said that because he is misinformed. Perhaps he has Fox News on his cable provider. Seriously? How is this even remotely evident of anything? How would this guy know where Obama was born? He made a mistake. Maybe there are birthers in Kenya too! As for your other video.... been debunked here....

Typical Birther position.
No proof Obama produces will ever be accepted, because you hate him.
So tell me, why should he try to placate you?

Now please, let this thread die. The insanity is driving me crazy

How well they took care of that document !
My goodness, traveling all over as they did, and it still looks as new and crisp and unwrinkled as the day it was printed,
look at the only 2 mailing folds running across it !
Amazing care

What is dire in this is Dr. James. O.W. Ang'awa's report found online. Dr. Ang'awa reports that WHO, the World Health Organization was backing the TB program in Africa from before 1961. Even if widespread vaccines started in 1962, what happens in Obama's medical records if this infant was inoculated for TB from Africa while in hospital?
He certainly wasn't baby pilot in flying hisself over there in 1961. There are now immense problems which can surface as more and more information comes out.

I dont hate Obama, And Tbh this isn't a very big issue for me, I do however hate the people pulling his strings. Someone paid an awful lot of money to make sure obama one and i dont know why. He has let down alot of his campaign promises and does not seem like the person in charge of the country.

"All these Kenyans saying he was born in Kenya".

stop just stop. You are bordering on psychotic and just plain silly. Who are these Kenyans and why are they more reliable than a birth certificate that you were already wrong about?

Seems like you're having trouble wrapping your head around a relatively simple subject. Perhaps it is because your adoration and blind partisanship won't allow you to engage the gears of logic. Let's see if I can help!

First of all, who are these Kenyans? Well, his paternal grandmother for one. Now this is where you come running in and say, "No, she was referring to Barack's father." The problem with this canned and oh so tired response is that she has NEVER clarified that. So, the original statement stands until such time that she clarifies it otherwise. No level of wishful thinking will change that - so sorry.

Next is a rather high-ranking Kenyan politican who would undoubtedly have knowledge on the matter - having acess to a wealth of government data, files and such. This man's bio was posted on page 1 or 2 of this thread and is quite impressive so the statement is difficult to ignore. Employing basic logic would tell you this - if you were capable of employing it.

Next the Birth Certificate.... where is it again? I've seen a Certificate of Live Birth - a document that was available to ANYONE living in HI regardless of where they were born. In fact, Barack's half-sister, who was born in Kenya also happens to have one. So, you see, displaying a COLB doesn't prove anything whatsoever.

The problem here is that you have dozens of instances, mostly credible, that question his legitimacy to serve as POTUS based on the "Natural-Born Citizen" conditions outlined in the Constitution. The fact that they will not go away leads reasonable people to believe that perhaps there is something to the matter that should be investigated further. Couple that with the fact that for the first time in history a President has gone to EXTREME lengths to erase HUGE swathes of his life. We have no college transcripts or records, we have no passport data, we have no baptism records, grade school records, records of his legal career - he has even locked down his entire political career while serving in IL. Those, on the surface, are the actions of someone who is hiding something. Again, reasonable people would have no problem drawing that conclusion.

To take the entire thing a step further, it is painfully apparent that Barack could simply wipe out the credibility of the "Birthers" by simply releasing his actual Birth Certificate! Simple... release the thing and all of this goes away in an instant. When John McCain's eligibility was questioned he responded by immediately and without delay releasing his full BC. Congress launched in-depth hearing to explore the legality of McCain holding the office of POTUS long before elections were held while Barack continues, and has for over 2 years, to dodge the issue altogether. Again, reasonable people would find this suspicious.

Where this breaks down is when people like you, painting your arguments with hasty generalizations, straw men, red herrings and assorted other fallacious arguments, coupled with immature ad hominem attacks based on foolish assertions of bigotry and racial bias and conjoined with posthoc, ergo propter hoc rationale topped with extreme partisanship - fail to employ any basic level of logic or reason. You folks use non-sequiturs like "Did Bush show us his?" to obfuscate and distort the issue. Then you guys go on the attack - and you think that makes US look foolish???

Most of us requesting this most basic piece of evidence aren't even republican. Most of us are not right-wing extremist - despite your pointless assertions to the contrary. And we are certainly NOT racists or bigots. When McCain's eligibility came into question, I demanded, along with many others, that this be taken up and investigated. It was, without delay! So, why is Barack somehow different and exempt from the same scrutiny? The issue is far from resolved!

So, if you've nothing constructive to add to the discussion, you would serve us, and yourselves, from refraining from your undying devotion to defend that which is indefensible. I know, as most ofthers do as well, that had McCain won the election and his eligibility issue was never settled, this is all we would hear about morning, noon and night. You trolls cried and whined about Bush, heaping mounds of vitriol on the man (Rightfully so) for 8 years. So, I ask you now... are you partisans and hypocrites or do you simply lack the intelligence to apply OBJECTIVE standards to ALL politicians???

To me it makes no difference if he is in the white house or not. Even if he is voted out and it takes as long as 2013 I still want the proof. As far as I am concerned I don't care if he is out of office for 4ys or more I want him and anyone else tied to it punished and tried for treason. Make an example of him so it don't happen again!

If all Barry's alias's dont bother you, and his anti-American parents dont bother you, and his America hating mentors dont bother you, and his radical-even terrorist- colleagues dont bother you, and his Marxist tendencies dont bother you, and an authentic question about his nation of birth doesnt bother you, WHY SHOULD IT BE LEFT TO YOU WHETHER HE PROVIDES THE SAME PROOF REQUIRED OF EACH OF US? You have disqualified yourselves from the expectation of any objective decision!

Sorry, your uncle is not a natural born US citizen. In order to be a natural born citizen, a constitutional requirement to being President, he would have had to be born on either US soil OR a foreign US military base or embassy.

Your uncle is therefore ineligible to be POTUS. (unless the military option would apply....)

The policy that we all "Americans" need to be paying much closer attention to is that of the Constitution. If Obama is willing to commit purgery and forgery in order to be president, then we should all be concerned about the rest of his policies. This is one thing that needs to be looked at more closely.

I am not saying that he is or isn't a natural born citizen. I just don't understand why Obama has gone to such lengths to hide his past. This action is unprecidented by a Presidential candidate or President. All the man needs to do, is show us the information and all the birthers will go away. However, he has been unwilling to do this, and has even asked the Governor of Hawaii to seal the records.

I do not understand what he is afraid of, but ignoring the people on this matter does nothing but to cause more intrigue in the issue and keeps people digging.

As far as you people that just wright birthers off as nuts, you should be grateful that people care about their country enough too look into this. Whether they are wrong or right, they are patriots. It is our civic duty to question our leaders.

I'm starting to love so-called "birther" threads. It gives immature ATS members who can't handle different beliefs than they have a chance to learn something about tolerance. Its shocking how some ATS members can't seem to handle speculation and as a result call others "nuts" even though they are the ones throwing a rampaging fit. The "birther" stuff speculation and will likely always be. Hopefully threads like this will help those certain members learn to deal with it.
