Maybe its a secret EMF weapon to keep you docile. One time i was in a VERY VERY quiet spot. When it is so quiet you can hear the LOUDNESS of silence. The deafining silence. Anyway sitting there listening to the silence I suddenly became aware that the very high pitch sound was a combination of bug sounds, distant cat's meows and a host of other stuff all combined. It was a strange thing... Don't really have a point I guess, I'm just rambling.. you can ignore me. RDDS

It seems the more resistant you are to it, the more likely you are that your going to be affected by it. I dont know anyone else who blindly goes to music festivals and plays computer games all day who DOESNT hear this ringing or has eye problems. Yet I do none of those things and im plagued by constant ringing and eyesight issues. Its like im being targeted by "someone" for refusing to accept this fake reality we live in.
My friends who I mentioned before who also heard the similar noise (but briefly) are also in the same league as myself in that they dont buy into conventional commercialism.

Hi. I hear the same noise, it's like on the background, very high. When i talk, or listen to music etc. I'm not aware about it. I noticed too, that i can hear an old CRT TV, monitor, or metal detector, when it's swithed on. It's very strange, because, when I ask friends, they hear nothing.

I have been suffering from this condition for as long as I can remember (Since I was an infant). I either have a fan turned on or music playing in order to cancel out the sounds. Yes, they cancel out. If my ears are listening to a different source of sound, I don't hear the hum at all. As soon as it is dead quiet it returns and steadily amplifies in intensity.

I hit really high peaks only when I'm out of the city. If I'm sleeping in a farm house or cottage in the middle of no where and I don't have alternate sounds to stir me, it starts to fill my head with wavering and pulsing sensations. Its difficult to explain. Take a large mixing bowl and fill it half way with water. Hold the bowl in both hands and start moving it in a circular manner horizontally until the water starts swirling. Thats how the inside of my head feels.

I have gone through inner ear/micro spasm tests. I have done sound tests twice and still have not been diagnosed with Tinnitus. I don't know what causes it, but I can easily cancel them out.

Would it be recommended that I should try and meditate in perfect silence and try to focus on this phenomenon? This is my health that I'm talking about. The only conspiracy theory I could come up with was that our current society has a lot of wireless crap going through the air. With radio waves, micro waves, cellular waves, etc, there is a lot of light pollution all over the place. Perhaps it is agitating the human senses in some way. Similar reasons as to why cell phones cause cancer (supposedly). I call it a conspiracy because if it was true, the communications industry would most definately bury it.

This is the first time I've ever read the ear humming condition being related to DNA activation or 2012 philosophy. I may actually try to dig up some more info on this because this ear ringing disorder is highly dismissive from all the doctors I've met. Supposedly, a lot of people suffer from this problem to some degree.

My issue is that I was born with it.

Hey. I also hear the high pitched sounds. I thought maybe I just have bad hearing (I'm seventeen so my hearing shouldn't be that bad). I hear it all the time. I used to think the sound came from the t.v. but it would persist even when the television was off. I can also "hear", its more like a feeling (I call it tangible sound because I can almost feel the sound it seems), when someone enters the room. I think I can tell with a 90% accuracy when someone enters the room. The eerie thing though is that sometimes I can "feel/hear" someone come into the room but there is no one there. Kind of like the feeling of someone staring at you. You turn around only to find that someone is actually staring at you...

I'd like to think I'm "awakening" but that would mean everyone else is by default asleep and I don't like the terminology. Kind of like I'm awake your a sheep thing. Quickest way to destruction. I'm rambling again...

Hey, anybody heard an expression "Sound will take you deeper?"
(This has worked for me so far.)
If you try to medetate concentrating only on that sound you hear, you will soon find out that sound will change to a different tone (which is more fine and takes concentration to hear) If you keep going then the sound will change again and again, then you find yourself in a place of absolute stillness.
After the meditation you are not hearing that high pitch sound anymore, I think it is because you adjusted your perseption to the new frequency and your body vibrates with it.
After a couple of days you will hear the high pitch sound again... What I do is meditate on it more and it goes away.
I also noticed that you cannot fight it, rather welcome it and tune in to it.

I have been experiencing high pitch freq. since 2003. It is a series of codes with lower and higher pitches at the same time. I would love to believe that the cause of it was from my impending enlightenment but I don't think so. In 2007 I went to El Salvador (I live in S. California) and when I was in El Salvador I did not experience any high frequency sounds whatsoever. I was there for ten days. When I returned to California. I was immediately slammed with all the frequencies. It was like it wanted to know where I had been and what I was doing. Creepy I know. Anyhow, it could be a HAARP thing. I don't know. Maybe cellphone towers? I just know that I didn't experience it in El Salvador at all and it was wonderful.

Ten days ago, or so I broke a rib and since then I have a distinct static in my earing, high-pitched ringing also from time to time. Seems to get more pronounced when I am stressed. The sound of a billion cells screaming.

On the plus side I was able to get this blog going. It contains a new time-code on 2012 etc.

I've had the sound most my life, F# is it, had to grab the guitar but, definatly the tone, It gets louder at times, just depends.
YES, i have tryed focusing on the sound and found out it will change as you described, i found it interesting, but didnt realy think much of it.
I can also do this with my blood pressure.. i was in once and the doc said, my blood pressure was to high, i told him to take the reading again, he put the cuff on, and said, no still high, i said wait a min... ok, read it now.. blew his mind, perfectly normal *lol* I can get rid of hiccups that way as well, taught other people how.. Prity easy, just focus on the point of the irritation in your chest that is causing the hiccup.. use your hand or finger if you have to, find the exact spot, let your body guide your finger then focus on that spot.. and they will end, almost instantly when you find it.
going to check out the site.

I've had an extremely high-pitched sound in my ears for many years now. It just gets higher and higher. I don't even know what note it is! lol I don't own an iPod, I don't even listen to music anymore because of it. I crave silence.

It's difficult to pinpoint exactly when my awakening started, but the range the sound has gone through - with the associated visual disturbances - leave me wondering just how asleep I was and apparently still am!

I just don't let it bother me anymore. Kind of the same way I can stick my hands into full-grown nettles and come out without a scratch. Or the way I can "cap" mosquito bites so they don't itch at all. Meditation gives a lot of control.

Yes it sounds like the little noise I would hear in elementary to highschool in the hearing test when they test both ears. Usually I look in the direction its comming from. Or a noise like you hear when in a house w/o the tv on and the tv can be all the way in the attic but you sense someone cut it on. EXCUSE MY BRAIN, I FORCE IT TO USE ITS FULL CAPACITY TO HEAR THE MESSIAH and not voices either people LOL BODY SENSATIONS

Star, and Flag to the OP for something that's been very LOUD

I've been experiencing this in both ears for around 1 1/2 years.

It is getting so loud now that the other night while working on the computer alone in a room with NO external noise; I had the thought of I wish it were QUIET!!!!

The tones are constantly going in both ears. I can hear external tones; say from a TV. It is not Tinnitus, or tone deafness. It is the Change.

The tones as best I can describe are now in a spiral form. They seem to be coming in as though in a curling, or winding vibration.

I'm finding myself able to meditate easier. What's really weird is that I feel more everyday as though I am not looking out from two eyes.

Almost like there is something bigger, or grander perception ability to see the World.

to be honest...i have been hearing more tones/hums in my ears randomly, followed by a kinda little pain in ear (not anything painful just different)
followed by a sort of weird HEAD feeling. but INSIDE my head.
not pain, its just DIFFERENT. it only lasts for about a min etc.
i've tried to meditate on it, but it usually goes away soon after.

I'm Deaf with profound hearing loss but I can feel vibrating tones sometimes, such as right now. I can also feel my heart beating if I concentrate and relax enough (usually to meditate).

Solfeggio stuff does work for me but only through feeling and not hearing them.

Have you thought it could be maybe lights, or a television? because I had a Tele that had a very very high pitched whine. I've heard lights with a high pitched whine. Maybe it's a medical condition?

There are many machines sending out many different waves of information.
possibly some can hear some sort of signal from a satellite that others can't?

It could be anything.

I would love for this to be true. Who knows, maybe it is for all I know. I have been experiencing a dramatic rise in ear ringing for over a year now. They're ringing as I type right now. I have attributed this to listening to The Misfits on my ipod though. That makes more sense. In my case it does anyway.

I hear these high pitched noises, I've been hearing them since I was a kid. Some nights I just can't sleep because of the noise, sometimes I just wish it went away. But it's a noise that is in my mind, it's not coming from outside or anywhere in the room.

The noise sometimes is so loud it's awfully annoying, but I've learned to sort of cut it off and bring it on when I like, though I'm still mastering it even after years of this.

I am 48 and have been hearing a tone off and on all my life. No I didn`t attend any loud concerts or ever subject my ears to loudness.

The tone will always come in at the same volume and lasts for about 20 seconds. I always thought everyone could hear these tones until I was in my 20`s. I later was told it was from my eardrums. I have asked my family members if they hear tones but none do.

Just to add I am the only one in my family who researches on the net for subjects found on ATS.

Is this a commonality I wonder?
