I'd like to mention that the diet can be varied.
Just as we have homo-sapien people that have mainly carnivorous diets,
and people with mainly vegan diets,
so it be with star being races.

The carnivorous food is typically a reddish orange yellowish color.

It is possible for a gray to subsist on a vegan diet to a large extent,

For instance when living deep in the ground,
it might be "out of the way" to grow animals for parts,
so it's easier/cheaper to grind rocks, algaes and funguses for food.

Converting over to the more carnivorous diet is a "luxury item".
Just like meat be in the homo-sapien diet.
It's true that some like the Americans have a high meat and animal byproduct diet.
So it be with grays, certain factions especially those allied with carnivores.

As you can probably imagine rubbing adrenaline into your skin can be addictive,
just like pineal secretions and many other bodily fluids.
While there are vegan alternatives,
some people still eat meat.

For the people that live in base,
they don't really see the source of the food,
any more than foodstore using westerners.

The carnivorous feces smells much worse than that of vegans.
But those that have business on surface typically have easier access to animal products.

So the nicer smelling vegan grays you might only meet deep in some caves.
Though they might not be doing it out of compassion for animals,
but simply due to scarcity.

Like when I was in the mines as a reptilian gray hybrid,
I had teeth, but ingested vegan food substrates,
at least partially responsible for my blue skin.
Eventually I rebelled from my life of mining servitude and ate some grays.

That depends on the species or race of beings.

Generally the "medical scientist abductors" grayish-violet high third to mid fourth.

Arcturians which bear certain similarities but are whitish green are fifth and sixth.

There are also similar looking star beings that be

First it would be wise to learn more about star beings,

Being aware of what goes on in your mind is critical.

An unpracticed mind observer,
might call out to a species,
but not notice their call being answered.
The higher races especially can have quite soft voices,
and only like to step into mind full of calm and tranquility,
love and acceptance.

For me when I read a contactee book,
I find it hard to concentrate on the words sometimes,
since we come into contact and we have real time conversations.

When I read "we the arcturians" this happened.
When I gave the book to my mom,
she noted being "scanned" by telepathic entities,
but she did not pursue a contact.

George Green mentions that reading his books "handbook for a new paradigm" should initiate contact.

Many places.

Homo-sapiens are part reptilian.
One way of distinguishing is by teeth sharpness,
typically more carnivorous teeth have more draconian genes,
while more herbivorous teeth have more lyran genes.

For instance I have very sharp teeth with large canines,
and my partner samta has flat teeth, with no/flat canines.

We're both vegan now.
Though I've gotten quite thin,
while she's managed to maintain more shape,
potentially related to digestive system differences.

Herbivores tend to have longer and differently shaped intestines,
so as to garner more nutrients from the food.

The only alliance I can truely remember making was with the Orion Priesthood.
The particular priest I was talking to about coming here was mammalian,
human looking person.

The Orions might be classified in human terms as multicultural centrists.

Reptilians are like conservatives or republicans, pro personal freedom
while Mammalians are like liberals or democrats, pro community cohesion.

It's not really that clean cut,
As reptilians do subvert and take-over/mingle with populaces,
they just tend to abandon them also.
The abandoning being the "freedom" part.

The Orion Priesthood is more a monastery system,
spreading beliefs and maintaining relationships.
Offered me food, shelter, acceptance,
gave me some purpose (missions).

Please note that while it might be "natural" to make sweeping generalizations.
Each individual person be infinite, having the potential for change.

My current state of mind,
indicates that I used to live about 30 trillion years ahead of the present,

There be many different biological entities in the universe.
As well as here on earth.

There are species that are faster and stronger,

I've seen a world, with ets mixing with us, a cosmic world, and a mixed educational situation where we were being instructed.

Acturians, in my mind, look like mystical spiritual higher dimensional greys.

Whereas I keep seeing planets with humans, blond haired in my case, council meeting, ocean, I've seen seasons, skating and family, the cycle of life. I don't think we have to be celebite in all systems either.

Firstly thanks for your honesty. It's brought me out of my alien shell so to speak. I remember being captured by the US government after my craft crashed in the days of Nixon, i was very weak and died soon after capture.

Anyway I was wondering if you can offer any insights into the nature of this reality? You see I'm of the opinion we are actually caught in a singularity of sorts and the intense gravitational pull of matter and the physical world is creating what I can only refer to as a false reality fixed by the slow down of our minds. You see both oceanic life and energetic life flow within a much more fluid environment that is both faster and more expresive. This faster and more complex pace of existance naturally gives rise to multiple realities. It is the slow pace on earth that converns me, it's as though it is fixed. Much like a jelly that has set it wobbles but retains its solidity!

As far as I can tell gravity itself creates a space-time distortion which collapses conscious thought and thus collapses energy also, creating the solidity we see around us. IOW Gravity is like a tugging force that won't let go, consequently we willingly give it our attention which props up that which we are giving attention too and gives it greater and greater solidity as more and more are drawn into the gravitational pull or field.

Does any of this ring true to you?

Also as a fellow Alien do you think humans beings whom are for the most part under the spell of forgetfulness are so corrupted by the ways of a detached world (detached from the source) that we should just move on and let them accept a substandard reality until such a time as they may snap out of it, or work it out. Imo we already have enough proof that they are easily manipulated and can be turned away or forget how to reconnect to the source, would you agree?

Agreed it's optional.
Though grays and some others have no genitals,
so it's not really a choice at that stage.

Even the Plaeideans of Billy Meier mention having contraceptives in their food.
So they can't reproduce without a conscious effort and change in diet.
I'm not really sure what kind of natural organization they are emulating.

Grays for instance are certainly emulating or reminiscent of termites or ants.
A split-off hive flies around in space ships looking for new territory.
Then they settle down and make hives.

It used to be, and in some places, "split off hives" were looked down on,
but now more and more they are becoming more acceptable,
as the long term benefits are becoming more apparent.

They might be most effective following the ant's superorganism.

Though it would be nice to have self-guiding entities that could create new entities,
that would probably require some nanotechnology factories to be able to produce all the necessary parts from just one host body.

Well in a free will system, especially if they break free from the more fascist darksiders, as some of the greys (there are thousands of species, perhaps millions in this galaxy alone, same with humans and a variety of other races, so I guess I mean amongst those groups interacting with earth) are breaking free of overlords. What I've always wondered, since their lack of sexuality seemed to be done to them by the reptilians, if in their hybrid program they ever intended to reincarnate into their hybrids, to make changes with their species, in other words, give themselves more options, not all but some perhaps in a free will duality system.

What I mean is, they surely can start to chose as they do have more options, ie, their cloning and scientific work should give them quite a few. They're taken more than their share of dan (I meant dna but I decided to leave that in it may be the Infinity and Beyond trying to point something out!) already from people. I wish it would it could be put to good use, procuring personal happiness for them, instead of other things. I mean if someone with good intentions needed some dna to repair their species, they surely wouldn't have to take, they could ask. I'm sure many would volunteer a small amount.

So the beliefs that be in common between several entities be the real.

Yes this is be a heavy world.
The description you gave is consistent with some earth-physics modeling I've read.

Once you have created or found a solid foundation both mental and physical,
can start inviting other people to join you,
building on top of and expanding the foundation.

It could be much easier.

There is solidity in the history and thoroughness of their programming.
Many have been servants to dictatorial masters for many incarnations.
So they are only "easily manipulated" if they see you as dictatorial master,
which typically requires goons and other means of physical persuasion.

There are "immune responses" of "discrediting" and "falsifying" which keep them locked into their belief systems, as they don't accept information not fed to them by their accustomed sources.

In the sense that they are enslaved to their masters,
and many slaves though not overtly happy,
will do much to protect their way of life,
even if outsiders see them as slaves.

It's true many a human has forgotten how to connect with the higher chakra's,
and so forfeit the ability to gain knowledge from within.
Typically only gaining knowledge from their materials senses,

Many homo-sapiens are programmed to fear "internal source" being told it is "insane" or "crazy" to mind-sense anything
.i.e. "hearing voices" or "hallucinting"
being the main routes of attaining higher knowledge of the universe.

They do have a external "source" of dictatorial masters,
and they can reconnect via television, schools, police or other physicial institutions.

This is movement towards a more roboticized lifestyle.
Similar to Animus machines, this makes them more compatible with mechanical host bodies.
One of the greatest shocks to biological entities when gaining technological host bodies is the loss of internal "source",
though due to the local homo-sapiens lack of connectivity with internal source,
this will make the transition to technological host bodies smoother.

So there be advantages, and the multiverse does have a plan.
Currently the external-source entities are also good practice for potential leaders.
Many leaders have been dumped on this planet,

Perhaps we all have to come here once, in the 3D, the solid foundation of the the grand illusionary school, for it to be real, since we are, infinite light, souls, life, thought, consciousness, and we must anchor the entire cosmos school into place. Perhaps every single infinite soul must experience this at least once. But some seem to get trapped into redoing many lessons until awareness and love grows.

This thread is about awareness, posted as testimony. But life is odd, its not true there is no real proof, for this kind of waking up, remembering and awareness is available to all who search in their heart and through meditation. Einstein wrote "Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one."

What constitutes proof in a slave sysetem where NASA can't even provide us with untampered evidence!?? Many experience all these things Lowki has touched on, from ufo sitings, to experiences with ET, to deeper connections with Higher Self and their family of light, to a very simple process of being able to prove for themselves that thoughts manifest, with simple excercises and a journal/notebook, and a few weeks of trial and error. These are true scientists, working with the Universal Laws.

Unfortunately you can't prove to me your experiences this day, save but for a scant few that had a form connected to them, ie. traffic tickets, copy of employment, but not all your sujective experiences. Should you be forced to stop sharing online?

There are many here who really appreciate all those who share and create awareness.
These are amongst the more important threads. So each to their own, you can pick and chose which topics interest you and your soul development the most.

Lowki shines his light, and has managed to turn moments when I was off track around, and the higher frequency truth just shone in. An example being do we focus on being anti the system, or pro our wishes and changing by envisioning and giving energy to this new vision? I understood what he was saying and felt the frequency shift within.

Yes I met many hybrids and some Nordic entities.
Communication was typically telepathic.
though with some chittering or vocalization as song,

Grays have airy modulated whispers.

That is a photo that has drawn me often because the moon seems to have a base that is both nazis and greys, and that was in my experience, perhaps hybrids, underground world really. Inner world. And that picture, the shape of the greys head actually agitates the heck out of me....really disturbing.

those are the main ones I remember from the recent incarnations.

the concrete buildings were smooth and round,
for earthquake protection, higher volume to surface area ratio,
structural stability and aesthetic appeal,
even had some windows, typically without glass
were located in the large caverns.

I was doing this to settle my karmic debt of looting and robbing precious metals and rocks from others in my previous incarnation as a pirate.

One might say I "went to hell" or the underworld.

Though it was really okay, hot sometimes,
and hard work, but bearable.

I worked alone at my own pace,
with a pick axe for more delicate work,
