What I've always wondered, since their lack of sexuality seemed to be done to them by the reptilians, if in their hybrid program they ever intended

free will duality system.
I'm not sure if it was intended.
But this is a universe without overt soul management technology.
So some might incarnate as hybrids,
hybrids certainly have souls, or they would be vegetative.
Also interacting with other species,
killing and especially eating them,
allows their souls to enter the collective.
So plenty of abducted peoples that were devoured or killed,
have now reincarnated as devourers or nearby entities,
assuming host bodies were available for incarnation.
What I mean is, they surely can start to chose as they do have more options, ie, their cloning and scientific work should give them quite a few. I
wish it would it could be put to good use, procuring personal happiness for them, instead of other things. I mean if someone with good intentions
needed some dna to repair their species, they surely wouldn't have to take, they could ask. I'm sure many would volunteer a small amount.

I'm sure the cloning and hybridization is put to good use,
we (grays) have already managed to engineer our species far beyond the original design plans of our (reptilian) creators.
Realize however dear that this is a karmic lesson for humanity...
Or in particular the humans that get "abducted".
One can not expect to treat lower life forms (plants and animals) without in turn being treated by higher life forms.
If it was not the grays, someone else would teach these multiversal lessons.
It is quite possible that people that get abducted into unpleasant settings,
have acted unpleasantly towards lower life forms in past or current life times.
It's similar to, "be bad" and the "boogy man's going to get you".
how evil people get dragged away by "demons" into "hell" or underworld.
Yes, these "legends" or stories have basis in reality.
The ones that end up with reptilian led hives really do have slave drivers.
Willing to whip maim and do all sorts of unpleasantness,

No. I don't really think reptilians have friends.

Reptilians might have communities,
but typically only for self-preservation.
Extreme self-guidedness keeps them apart,
mutually assured destruction keeps them from ripping each others throats out.
Most of my memories of reptilian incarnations were in wasteland deserts,
with much flying, clawing, battling, biting, blood.
When there's so little food,
we just eat each other.
