Reptilians are just doing what they do. As a collective they are STS oriented and here in 3rd Density they see us as a physical resource. yes, it's all true.

"contaminated meat" is given to the lower ranks,
they are happy enough for some exotic flesh.

only the truely great would be eaten by a clan leader.
"you are what you eat".
Picky eaters can make for picky people that make thoughtful decisions.

Depends on how ready you are for such a contact,
when the universe estimates it would be growing experience spiritually,
then manifestation has much support.

It's really about the amount of energy with associated ideas.
What the sensation or ritual is called or how it is performed is optional.

Alpha Draconis tend to be much stronger than homo-sapiens,
can hurl people quite easily.

Zecharia Sitchin and some others mentioned some genetic toiling with homo-sapiens to make them weaker (mentally and physically), so they wouldn't be a "threat", being easy to subdue.

So we've come to rely on technology much more than other species,
as extensions of our host-bodies for our souls.

Though you can remold your own DNA with magic spells and vibrations,
or activate portions which may not have been used previously.

For instance while having mind-sensations when reading some contactee material,
I'm quite convinced that my homo-sapien to homo-sapien telepathy is turned off.
In fact if I hear any homo-sapiens I usually take special precautions to turn it off,
as many thoughts simply aren't very sanitary.

So take care with what you allow into your mind,
just as you would with your physical body.

Agreed that for some it may be easier to pay attention to the bodies inputs first,
for me it started with the mind,
by analogy it became clear to me how significant food intake is.

For instance when I was eating lots of pork,
I felt fat, confined, in a dark room, packed with others
I used to oink, and snort, feeling shocked and prodded.
I saw a video of how pigs are treated in factory farms,
and came to realize the amazing similarities.

So now I eat kale and collards,
but feel like I'm growing in rows,

I'd like to mention that from what I've gathered,
U.S. America will be the focal point,
and it's quite possible the EU and other nations will hold together.

From a U.S. America resident it might seem quite chaotic,
without communications to inform truthfully of events.

An advantage of a boat is ease of relocation,
and with ham-radio information gathering.

Though as always,
the situation can be averted.
Events come to pass for those ready.

Depending on where along the timeline,
there may be new nations or independent people groupings springing up,
in places as far as Antarctica.

Each is still their own person,
just as we are.

then see self as multi dimensional entity,
so physical can be moved side to side,
can imagine being a bird and manifest being one,
then once desired location attained imagine being human again,

I'm not sure it works in 3D,

Ressurection or resuscitation typically is the healing of a physical body.

Reincarnation where a soul moves on,
to another body,
applies to all entities.

Some entities choose to not incarnate physically,

Incarnation typically happens in a setting where your soul will have something to learn by incarnating.
Most homo-sapiens wouldn't have much to learn from using an animal host-body.

that might have run out of alternate host-bodies,

Souls of different levels and background learn differently.

Typically we move up in terms of complexity,

For really high level souls there aren't necessarily host bodies in this universe which would benefit their learning through use, or might be rather "restrictive" to their souls.

Ra as as described in "law of one" for instance chooses not to incarnate,
typically just floating about as a ball of spiritual ether,

Communicates with other spiritual entities.
He might not have a body,
but he's still on this planet mostly.

Personally I like incarnating in host-bodies for the feel of it,
even though it's technically optional.

I remember being a jungle pig akin to the warthog.
Even got killed by some polynesian looking tribespeople.
Also remember being a spruce tree growing by a stream.

Sometimes it's nice to incarnate as a lower something,
simply to remember what it's like.
Can also be seen as an "escape" or "vacation",
since things are so much simpler.

If you opt for transgender surgery you can even be resuscitated as a female.

You can certainly reincarnate as a female.
For karmic balancing, and empathy
it is beneficial for the soul to know both genders.

Though some souls might have more male or female incarnations,
this is typically at an early stage of identity evolution,
with more advanced souls the gender is more optional,
typically depending on whats convenient for further learning.
