Hey Wayne, I agree 100%. What me and Sys are discussing is that at the time of Isaac's website going up Andrew was traveling and performing around Japan. We know he started using pieces of the LAP in his live paintings only 2 days after Isaac's release, and what we're trying to determine is when some of the other paintings were done, either before June 26th or after.

I don't think that would help Sysco, and he probably knows those tricks anyway. I can think of a few things we would likely have missed by excluding threads. MarsAve, for one important example.

Starting at June 23, June 28 Tokyo was AJs appearance at The Super Deluxe, starting at 700pm (1900) Tokyo time..according to reservations at the center.schedule..where he claims he did the "Kinda Blue tech" drawing for blue tech with the Lap parts and vectors in it, along with several others..which did not.

I was curious if we could tweak this a little more..Something like Dr Dil did with the LMH timeline..Remember he did not get it from LMH, he said on his video, Coast to coast..which directed everyone to the fortune city link based on the c2c page at that time. I hope Dr.Dil is reading and can help determine what it took to do this in that time frame, is the window wider or narrower than we think?

Excellent work you've been doing sys you've remained dedicated and on the case throughout. The only thing, would andriod have a motive to make lap though? He's famous and wealthy - and if he did make the lap and the story it would be silly for him to put caret in drawings 2 days after, obviously. But... is it possible someone close to him could of taken some of his material? perhaps even someone at dell? but then again why doesn't he sue? could he of been black mailed with his own art?

Andrew didn't make it, he simply used what ammounted to some damn fine source images in his art. He's hardly rich though.

Hmmm, so its too the belief that andrew used lap art in his designs and not the other way round? i mean for someone to be painting caret material 2 days after lap was released, and confident in doing so, and even more releasing it knowing that he could be liable to been sued and even his name discredited... I don't understand the motive for doing it. Blatantly copying someone elses work and producing it into your own publishings is not allowed unless he obtained permission, but taking little ideas of lots of different artists and publishing them is more like research, but his work shows little if not any modification of the lap, it almost looks pasted right in.

So perhaps he had permission?
or he could of just decided to steal the ideas?
but there again isn't it a little too good to be true so soon after lap was released to be using it in his art?

I apologise if i have any facts wrong, I try keep up to date as possible but this thread has grown another 100 pages since i last checked it on ATS.

first no news from Alienware, I have searched hi and lo for some "official" denial
of involvement, which considering the use they made would have required one from the onset. None is apparent. That personal email to Banzai, a forum member at OM , which was edited and had typos which pointed to Carat, the mktng co, , is totally unusable, and hardly officia by any stretch of the imagination, no offense to Banzai.
Since no response came from Ms Gozalez, nor Wong of Alienware's PR and marketing.

I find it curious no response as one good denial stating no connection to anyone like a game or movie would have sufficed and eliminated a lot of post event conjecture and suspicion. Maybe they think We will just go away.

But I would be disingenuous also, if I did not wonder know how they got it from seeing it on June 26 to the assembly lines, marketing brochures, GUIs, organized contest campaigns, , etc..worldwide so quickly.

I would subscribe to a bad mktng concept, except, that it wasn't just dropped, instead there seemed to be organized attempts at keeping this Hoax quite alive as a real event and not a fabricated one, with real financing behind it, and which the parties refuse to disclose the source. The same parties also caught in a little (understatement) misdirecting of their own.


Clicking on my profile and scrolling down will help you catch up on that aspect..

As for AJ..in Japan at the time since the 23rd of June , he prob keeps the actual creation dates on psd files, on his laptop, not his server..which show later dates after actual creation., as he did with the "kind of blue" art piece you can see at my profile. I have been unable to find him in any ufo forum, or talk about c2c, but plenty in other areas game development , and his art and the AYA animated series , a matrix like series about jacking into anothers dreams. Quite nice. He runs Massive Black.. two studios one in SF and other in Shanghai.illuminated.com... people , backed up by GNN, guerilla news network, and other artist-activists, while was shooting in Japan. Keep that link as it has links to others I have been using. He can't afford to bite anyone, as these are the type people that cater to his services, alienate one, and you may alienate all. (no pun intended)

Thanks Sys for the update. I just read your profile, you've been busy! Has anyone tried to get intouch with andrew himself, or do you have to go through his advisors/receptionists first? I think possibly getting an explanation from him to why he choose to use some caret material would help a great deal.

Yes , as far as Andrew goes , Fortwynt has written and so has Zen with no response. He issued a non involvement on his 2008 DVD, that he did not create the Design. I believe him, but his response, imo, is like I shot the sheriff , but did not shoot the deputy..
The key as far as Alienware is Yusney "Jay" Garay, who claims the whole Breed concept, not mentioning of course, incorporating the letters and design "afterwards" was his..He can also be found on alien clan.

Some of you may gather clues from here I may have missed. Note also how closely they have worked with warners as well as have the goal of presence in evry market, including sci-fi ers, which I guess is us.

Its possible this the LAP design.. was leaked or ripped off..as the inner art, only a few have been able to "see" , like me, is very much akin to graffitti giving its own message. almost anti corporate/establishment..like peace love and happiness.of the 60's...On a personal note, Its the prime reason I have stayed with this.
.Whoever did it made a canvass 10 ft by 13 ft photographed it and compressed to its current state.
That took some manpower and equipment I would think, whether a game shop, or movie shop..
If this was "borrowed by LMH who pushed it in the face of overwhelming proof it was fake, then that speaks to her long tradition of being a sap for anything that can turn a buck, or like c2c, entertainment. To date, my research shows she has never issued an admission she was wrong on any paranormal event, later found to be hoaxed. No surprises there.
Her timeline is the most suspect.
They should make sites like her post entertainment like the old psychic hotlines had to do.

@ on rethinkig leak..from alienware..then that Isaac site would have been history a lot faster than if the IRS had put a cleaver to it, if anything the site still up, keeps the myth and symbols alive for them rather nicely.
But a few more steps have to be followed there by proceeding up the chain of command.

Many of AW's people and myself have or share common roots ,traditions, values, and ethics, , and I value those very deeply as they must as well. Those will prevail.

That alone should squash any remaining doubt as to the origin of the letters . So much for levitating and self activating letters for the Cultists or xenophiles
I want to admonish anyone from saying anything negative at this juncture as others elsewhere may be tempted.., as we are merely sorting out old details, discovering answers, as we go as there is more that may be, and somethings that may not.

But the question is ..did they set the copywrite up before or after it 1st surfaced. If afterwards then it couldn be a simple matter of oppotunism.

Its not beyond the realm of possibilty for massive black to have been used for a campaign such as this, although it wouold seem very strange to deny involvement publicly. The caret stuff could however had inspired an in house design team who then passed this brief onto massive black or another company..that would be where it starts to get really complex to track down.
