Crazy as it sounds, I think the most likely explanation I have seen given so far is that PY has an associate who releases helium-filled mylar balloons when PY signals him during his "prayers"

The probable means PY is using for communication with the associate is a Push-To-Talk (PTT) cell phone. I have one. They're cool.

You can set up a call with another PTT cell phone, then simply push a single button to talk to the other phone. With the PTT cell phone's volume and ringer turned off, it makes an excellent surreptitious one-way communication tool.

It is my opinion that when PY “talks to himself”, he is also talking to an associate on the other end of a PTT call who is positioning and preparing for an optimal balloon release, and that, in the case of the KTNV-13 video, PY passed on the location of the “test” by PTT when the news crew told him where they were taking him.

The associate got the location from PY's phone call and set up just outside the park as PY talked up the news crew and went through his rain dance routine.

I've watched the KTNV news video several times, and the appearance of the UFO is consistent with a silver mylar balloon lit by the afternoon sun.

Its erratic motion can be explained by the turbulent and shifting thermal currents of the wind over Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Valley is known for its unpredictable winds, which result from the fact that the valley is relatively flat, with an atmosphere that is subject to very complex and dramatic convection effects driven by intense sunlight, many different point heat sources and uneven solar heating due to varying landscape profiles -- from irrigated grass fields to huge housing developments to tall, energy-hungry casino towers to wide highways to the ubiquitous desert flora.

In the desert valley where I live -- which, though hundreds of miles away from Las Vegas, is still one of many desert valleys in Nevada -- I see these effects every day.

Nevada's desert valleys produce erratic, shifting winds.

These wind currents will tend to make a balloon released into them seem to race hither and yon, as if under erratic but intelligent control. The behavior of the “UFO” in the KTNV news video is quite consistent with what I see in the skies over my house on a regular basis.

It is my current working theory that PY witnessed this effect in the past, got an idea and concocted a story around it that he could use to make money.

As for videos produced by PY himself, I advise extreme skepticism, since videos made by him and his associates can be edited to make all sorts of spectacular things seem to happen.

Only independently-produced videos from relatively reliable sources such as KTNV or other reasonably disinterested parties should be used for evaluating PY's authenticity, in my opinion, and even then, I strongly advise skepticism as always.

Of course, I could be wrong about all this, and PY really may be summoning government or alien aircraft or spacecraft on command.

I've watched those video's and I dare to say those do not look like wind movements. It really does seem like anti gravity, as the right angle and zig zag moves seem pretty interesting ...

After viewing several of the "summoning" videos (including the video in which the "prophet" studies his left wrist (watch?) for several seconds before starting the summoning) I have grave doubts as to the prophet's stated abilities.

It would be interesting if someone familiar with the locations shown on the videos could use the local landmarks to draw lines of sight on a map of the area.

I wonder what might lie at the location where the various lines intersect?
