He was the author of his own demise, I don't feel sorry for him..still, it's probably not good for things to go this way.

In my opinion we afford too many rights and protections to criminals at the expense of the victims.

They pulled the suspect out, who then fled the scene on foot.

Police say the boyfriend caught up with the suspect when he and other men from the neighborhood began to punch and kick the suspect.

We can only hope that this will set a precedent for shooting or killing fleeing criminals. Other have been jailed for it.

I agree with that sentiment, but I will judge each case on it's own merits, this case, you steal a kid and get killed I will not feel bad for you.

Our society has gone downhill because our current laws enable more criminal activity not less.

The monsters are those who kill people fo no reason on the street. The monsters are those who think before acting and then do the worse anyway. The monsters are those who thinks its better to pick a side rather than defend everyone.

If you want there to be more monsters and no victum - criminal class, then both parties should be punished equally. The murderous father to go to life. The thief is dead already.

There is no murderer in this case. No one was murdered.
