I just enjoy my days off. Yes I had a dire diagnosis but wandering out in morning dew fresh grass, munching on strawberries, basil, nasturtium, dill. Checking the trees, hearing nothing other than birds waking up makes up for any discomfort.
I was up last night, it was so quit I could have heard a tear drop. The sky was clad in sparkles. The whole world was silent. That is bliss.

It will be awesome! I used to have a chair and little table beside the pool. I would have a mesh bag with my cell phone, ciggs and a book in it and sat that on the chair while I was in the pool and had my iced coffee on the little table with a vase of flowers. Ahh, it was heavenly.

Linda is going great guns !
She has a lot of pain whilst walking which was a pre existing condition due to degenerative disc disease.
We are hoping physio. can build up supportive muscle.
Meantime she has supportive equipment to help make independant life easier.

Linda is enjoying being home again and is appreciative of all the support sent our way by my ATS family.

Lind had her first apptmt with her GP just now, he was amazed at how well she is !

Again, I am grateful for the support shown us on ATS.

🙂☺

Keep on enjoying your days off despite the lime and broken toe.

Oh Dave, that makes me so happy to hear how well she is doing. I know it must be one hell of a relief for you. That was a scary situation for sure.

AND...I'm happy you are back home with us here in the Shed.

Hugs mate!

Hi Blue! Waves from Rhode Island.

Too late or early for coffee, but we have herbal teas or perhaps a night cap if you're interested.

Plops down in the garden with a cup of coffee.

Grrrrr, now the down arrow won't work on this site and I can't get to my pictures.

Going out later with Mark for his appointment with his heart Doctor.

Today isn't too bad, it's only about 20C/68F. We had a few days where it was 30C/86F

Hmm. Trade you that pesky 20*C for our upcoming 32*C (that's 90* for the US Sheddites)

Starting Monday, next week is not looking like anything other than pure misery. Our timing on getting that AC last weekend couldn't have been better -- I figured a few 2 or 3 day stretches of 90-ish, but noooooo, the Midwest looked around & said "Hey guys, hold my beer, I gotta try this!" I see 6 straight days in the forecast of at LEAST 90 coming up, and it wouldn't surprise me to see the number go up another 2 or 3 degrees (there's already a 93*F/33*C day forecast...)
