Such cliche questions Light... can’t you come up with something more original ?

I’m surprised you didn’t ask if we build igloos.

Do you build igloos?

Nice classic Fleetwood Mac tune!

Lol... the only igloos I see built are the odd few for the ice festivals. At Christmas there are the odd houses that have those igloos made out of colored ice blocks. Usually lit up from the inside. Beautiful !

You probably have as much Maple syrup as eastern Canada in your parts Night.

Good morning, by the way.. * hands Night a freshly brewed cup of joe*

It's quiet in here this morning...all I can hear is snoring and Fleetwood Mac.

The snoring was me. At least when you drool it's quiet.

What kind of dog are you dog sitting?

Thanks for making coffee! I'm sipping some now and still half asleep. Kept waking up through the night.

Hope to see you back here soon!

The color ice block igloos sound pretty.
YES have plenty of maple syrup around here. Some come in a maple leaf shaped bottle. We have maple leaf shaped cookies, maple flavored. Yum!

How did you know I needed another cup of coffee? That is just where I am headed, to get my second cup.

You mean the one “ if you don’t like the weather, wait ten minutes, it will change.”

There is a good one about the devil and Saskatchewanites. Has to do with our weather and how lousy the Riders have been some seasons in the CFL.

So the devil is doing his rounds in hell when he comes across a group of Saskatchewan people having way too much fun and laughing. He fumes off, thinking to himself that this will never do , and decides to crank the heat up in that corner. Well, the Saskatchewanians don’t seem to care one bit, and continue with their party . This infuriates the devil, and he cranks the heat to the highest degree. Still , they are laughing and joking.

Totally at a loss for what to do, the devil shuts off all heat completely in that corner. Slowly it begins to get colder and colder. Saskatchewanians still enjoying themselves, and as it gets to the freezing point.. and well below.. they all begin to cheer with great enthusiasm.

The devil is so frustrated at this point, and he barges into the corner and demands to know what they are cheering about.

One of them says.. “ hell just froze over , which means the Saskatchewan Roughriders won the Grey Cup”

Hello!

Oh wow the Canadians are in The Shed!
I am in SW Ontario, about an hour from Toronto.

I am dog-sitting 2 Weiner dogs (they are a married couple, lol) and one large old gal who is part pitbull but gentle as can be.

My friends grandkids are here too and have been telling me all about the show they're watching (Gravity Falls I think). It's bizarre, full of conspiracy theories and science fiction stuff.

Mostly I'm here to let the dogs in and out...which is constant. Wish they could synchronize their bladders.
Nice to see you all!

We’ve actually had a decent summer here. A few scorching days, but I’m fortunate I don’t work outside.

Getting into our favourite season , Night. Autumn. I think it’s a lot of peeps favorite. The colors are gorgeous !

Fall is awesome, winter even better. Spring is just messy from the melting snow and summer is the worst!

You get any of that Aurora Borealis up there? I'd like to see it but I don't like the cold latitudes. I like the colours though.

I can't believe it's almost September...we've had a scorching hot summer.
I'm hoping we get a nice Autumn and don't just go straight into winter. The last few years it's been either too hot or too cold.
(Or maybe I'm just old and grumpy now, lol...?)
