Ooh that does sound nasty, my hands are ruined from over the years back in the day, including work injuries. I can still use them but they look deformed if I make a fist shape lol

Off to the mall, lol I live miles away from any malls! It's all small/medium size stores in streets here.
Biggest malls I've ever been in were Kuala Lumpur, and they blew me away.
...my cell phone cost £9.99 it makes calls and texts and has a rudimentary internet access so I can read text and see pictures on pages, has an alarm, a torch, and a low res camera, oh and the snake game, I love that if bored for a few minutes haha.
Battery lasts for ages, and I can drop it without breaking at work or whatever.

Ha ha a snake game. The mall is a 45 minute drive away otherwise it's all small town shops here, which some are very nice, but there are no shops for the high tech electronics. Now that the weather is getting snowy often here, it will be small town shops for me.

Snake game rocks!!!
It's a drive to Plymouth or Exeter for malls in my world, can buy pretty much everything from small independents though, just pay a bit more. Amazon has changed the world lol.
EDIT
Have you had snow already?!

Oh yes we had a blizzard a little while ago and there is snow on the ground right now, but we are more north of the Great Lakes now, so the weather will be cold and snowy.

For sure online shopping has changed the world. At the mall a few days ago, I looked around and there were mostly old people like myself. lol

Yes mate....a re-occurrence of an old injury.

It'll be sore for a week or two but the pain will gradually go away.

Thankfully had a usual quiet night tonight....no drama's.
The nearest we got to fisticuffs was arguing about the best way to do away with the scum that infest Westminster.

My suggestion of placing their heads - obviously minus their bodies - on spikes on Westminster Bridge isn't quite drastic enough.

It also got a bit heated when one of the resident Jocks claimed that square sausage was better than both Cumberland and Lincolnshire sausage.
He was sentenced to a week long diet of deep fried Mars Bars, porridge - without honey or sugar - haggis and a one-off treat of mince, tatties and neeps.

All the best for a speedy recovery.

Square sausage? That is an abomination.

Don't Scots have salt in their porridge?

Haggis - must admit I love it. Had some deep fried from a Scottish chip shop - nice.

You can't say such things about Westminster. You are forgetting that we have no free speech in the UK. You will be locked up and they will throw away the key. I know this because some Yank told me on ATS.

Lmao! It's funny how US members think we are so controlled, I'm happy enough with the digital communications act, it'll never affect me because I'm only mildly offensive not grossly lol.

...I love haggis, my mates late mother used to cook a feast on Burns night. RIP Helen.

Is it strange that the snow is heavy and wet, snowball material at this time? I don't know.

Gosh I'm no expert on snow, it's so rare here. What we had for a few days in March this year was dry and powdery, couldn't really make snowballs which explains why the snowball fight with my son turned into snow wrestling lol.
I hope I don't have to wait another 10 years to see snow, but only for a few days, it would be boring if it lasted more than that.
I'm a summer person.

Top tune by the way, hadn't heard it before, only really know 'Freebird', I should check them out more.
How you doing in TN? Any snow yet like the member up by the great lakes?
