FBI Release full unedited video of Finicum shooting

Did you notice his hands were spread like Jesus on the cross? Not up, but out. Martyrdom maybe? Meh, maybe not.

What I don't understand is the statements made that he charged the officers. Were those factual statements made by the LEO?

.... it appears that 3 or 4 shots where fired before his hands went down.... he comes out hands up, then fired upon.... hands go down.... cop tells him to put hands up....hands go back up... shots fire again hands go down etc.... the 3rd or 4th shot kills him.... something along those lines.

He was defending himself...

You must be in the wrong thread, there is no officers being assaulted in the Finicum murder.

You must think that if you repeat the same error long enough it will come true.

Finicum wasn't murdered; he was a criminal that tried to evade arrest, to endanger others, to assault law officers, etc.

Finicum told us he was going to die and he did.

The one that shows clearly that Lavoy Finicum was a criminal who met the end that he prophesied he would.

Sourcing statements is a good idea ...whatever statement it is that you're talking about

It doesn't matter what he said, the video speaks for itself... they murdered him. And YOU KNOW IT!!!

The video does speak for itself, indeed.

Finicum died a criminal's death for no good reason.

The only thing I'm finding is second hand reports of Fin saying that.

In his most recently posted piece, “The Oregon militant leaders are captured or dead — but anger toward the government lives on,” Gupta writes: “I saw LaVoy Finnicum [Tuesday] at the Malheur Refuge. He waved both times he saw me, the last as he drove in his pickup truck. I wanted to talk to him but I was rushing from one interview to the next and figured I could catch him later. He said weeks ago he would die before he was arrested. A few hours later he was shot dead.

You are biased here.
All the facts are not out yet we do not know what was said but we can see he reaches for something and that cost him his life.
He did attempt to run a road block and has made statement saying he would die before jail.
Let me ask you you are one of those police he goes for something in his pants or jacket after trying to run a road block would you shoot?.

And I mentioned before he more than likely got punched in the face by the airbag which I believe was deployed as you can see a large white object where the steering wheel is later in the video. Disoriented and dizzy, this guy was slipping in the snow.
