Well, here's the thing. That question isn't based in anything, but fine I'll try to answer. Gold has magical properties in legend, platinum does not and leprechauns are magical beings. You can argue I'm wrong, but what answer is right? I gave an answer. As tasked.

You choose to give power to whatever you choose if it be God, Satan or the Devil or Star Wars the choice in your existence/ interpretation, is only of your mind and is yours alone to choose

Like the American way. To have power, you must have an enemy. If you have no natural enemy, create him. Real or not is irrelevant.

Um, my reply was based on Satanism.

Christianity was a dominate force. Were it (Satanism) to be created in another age it would have a different name.

I've noticed something and I don't think its just me...Satan is willing to give power to people where God just wont...
Have you had the same experience?
1 Corinthians 12: 7-11
7 Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good. 8 To one there is given through the Spirit a message of wisdom, to another a message of knowledge by means of the same Spirit, 9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10 to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues, and to still another the interpretation of tongues. 11 All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he distributes them to each one, just as he determines.
8 Again, the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor. 9 “All this I will give you,” he said, “if you will bow down and worship me.”
10 Jesus said to him, “Away from me, Satan! For it is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God, and serve him only.”

I laugh. They fought for freedom. What we have is not freedom, but that is far off topic so let us not continue. You fail to respond to my message truly. Hmm, I'd rather not continue this discussion. Have a good day though, and maybe I'll see you around the boards. Or not...

Seems it was created as anti-Christianity with the word Satan in its name to signify that goal. It stills strikes me odd to name a belief system after a nonexistent evil deity. Sounds more like a form of Wiccan and not something that would actually worship Satan. BTW those who do worship Satan what is their belief system called?

Ultimately. Man creates His gods.
