And it would be so simple if that's all it was. We have cases of MCSO officers pulling over card for traffic offenses and arresting the US citizen passenger for being off Hispanic descent while letting the driver off without even a warning.

Do you have evidence for that, or is it just claims? How do we know they weren't arrested for something else? Allegations are made all the time, but they aren't always true. Also, how do we know it wasn't people with fake ID?

Dude. I've been waiting on proof of your outrageous claims since page 2:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Care to answer that or is it just mouth noise. You DO know that just saying something doesn't make it fact, right?

Funny you would claim that. Prisoners in Arpaio's jails have been denied basic human rights such as access to medication and edible food prior to going to jail. So these people under the law were still innocent. In some cases these conditions have lead to the death of prisoners. A judge has even reprimanded the MCSO for violating the Constitution on two separate occasions. But I guess we'll just give Arpaio a pass. The comments of random people on a discussion board are much more worthy of criticism than the actions of Arpaio.

And what does ancient history to do with current events?

What do your ancestors have to do with you being born?

Are you saying that you would like to go back to the days of slavery because your ancestors were perfectly OK with it? Ridiculous argument.

Society evolves.... or dies. You guys better make a good choice.

Slavery is paying the taxes that the government decides you will pay. Slavery is paying for health care and not getting it without a tracking chip in your skin, or brain. Slavery is one vote away conscription for any war that government incompetence may have enjoined. Slavery is working for money that loses its value every year.

You have never heard "Those who don't know history are condemned to repeat it" ? Seriously?

Your argument was that we are predisposed to be like our ancestors. They had slaves. HUMANS. You can attempt to poopoo that away but it's not going to play. Your, supposed, slavery is nothing compared to the indignity of what slaves went through. I think that's kinda sick but that's just me.

No your argument was that anything that happened 100 years ago has had no effect on anything in the current world.

Actually, the War Between the States created a rhetoric that aided Bismark's unification of Germany and governmental control of the economy which enabled WW1 and Totalitarian government. Totalitarian government made WW2 and the Cold war possible.

Now we have the government concerned with our health and in 100 years the government will be concerned with every molecule in every cell of our bodies, lest we affect the biosphere adversely by our metabolism.

Look up Melendres v. Arpaio. What law was Melendres breaking when he was detained? Clearly none since he was never charged and Maricopa County had to pay $4 million.

You have violated due process by assuming the accused guilty before trial.

Do you even know what that means? Again: I am not government, so the Constitution doesn't apply to me.

The Constitution applies to the Federal Government, not to the States. Each State has its own constitution and body of law.

Joe Arpaio has broken the law, and has violated the rights of citizens.
www.abovetopsecret.com...

Do you know for a fact that Joe Arpaio has violated any AZ or Maricopa County laws? and if so, could he be acquitted by a fully informed jury by extenuating circumstances or by the gross distortion of perception manifested onto every individual with unnatural governmental power?

The government should be on trial 100 years ago.

So no-one cares if thousands of illegals are in the US committing crimes, but the government needs to arrest the cops who are against thousands of illegals committing crimes and people are good with that.

Stop the world, I'd like to get off, please.

You care if thousands of illegals are in the US committing crimes.

You're someone.

COTUS, Article VI, Clause 2:

"This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding."

Because of the southern border crackdown (you know, the one that never happened), the biggest problem now is the ocean. They're coming in by boats.

And L.A. is one of those "sanctuary" Cities/Counties I believe.

With the recent San Francisco failure, no wonder now was the time to exercise more control over the Sheriff.

Thank you for answering.

The voters should have their taxes increased by 1% every time they voted for a candidate who increased the government debt.

Nope. That why he's innocent until proven guilty. If HE had adhered to that he wouldn't be in # right now.

Can you provide any evidence of that? You seem to imply many things and make lots of accusations, but never have the goods to back it up.

As I said earlier in this thread www.abovetopsecret.com...

The Constitution has NOT been obeyed since the "War to Prevent Decentralization of the Government in North America" 1861-1865.

From 1861 to 1865 the Union

President invaded Southern States without congressional approval

President declared martial law without congressional approval

Blockaded southern ports without declaring war

Presidential suspension of the writ of Habeus Corpus

Imprisioned without trial 13,000 northern citizens

Arrested and imprisioned newspaper publishers critical of the Republican party

Censored all telegraph communications

Quartered soldiers in private northern homes without consent of the owners.

Nationalised the railroads; all news papers were distributed by railroad in the 1860's. Dissenting news papers were not allowed distribution.

Drafted citizens into the army

Nationalized the banking system

Inflated the currency with paper money

Collected income tax

Created three new states: Kansas, Nevada, and West Virginia without the consent of the citizens of those states in order to win the 1864 election

Soldiers interfered with elections in the north by discouraging with bayonets all voters with Democrat party colored ballots "with the help of federal bayonets Lincoln won New York by 7,000 votes in 1864" David Donald Harvard Scholar

Seized weapons from private citizens.

Deported Congressman Clement Vallandigam for speeches on the floor of Congress siting the war as a means to consolidate power in the northern establishment.

"this amazing disregard for the Constitution was considered by nobody as legal" Clinton Rosseter historian.

All from Thomas DiLorenzo's lecture The Real Lincoln circa 2007
