And it would be so simple if that's all it was. We have cases of MCSO officers pulling over card for traffic offenses and arresting the US citizen passenger for being off Hispanic descent while letting the driver off without even a warning.

That still doesn't make it ok to trample the rights of citizens.

Cops can pull someone over on suspicion, and if I have to show my ID when pulled over, then so does everyone else, no matter their color.

They have to have a good reason to have that suspicion though.
They can't just willy nilly pull you over.
Want to talk about a authoritarian state, that right there is the foundation of it.
Being brown is not reasonable suspicion to think some one is illegal. And that is what Joe and crew was doing.

And your anecdotal car story doesn't add to anything.

One it is about your car and someone giving the cops a specific description of one, and two well it is is just anecdotal.

No i meant legaly.

I wasnt sure if illegals had or not.

I travel alot and always check local laws and rights before I go and as I have been to the USA a few times its how I knew the bill of rights covered me there legaly.


But no idea on the illegals as lets be fair, its not a issue thats going to come up for me
