She is not sick, that has been prove in detail, she will not get sick because she is not infected.

I am very sure of that.

But people tend to live by examples, she is giving the best example of all, her job is done, she will fade in background, and the no so lucky ones to get ebola will just express their civil and constitutional rights when they step in the streets in protest for unfair quarantines to just ride their bikes, eat at restaurants, ride their subways and just be happy until they show symptoms of sickness.

Here's proof that the "nurse" actually works for the CDC. Area code 702 is Las Vegas, NV area. She worked there for 2 years. But she lives in Maine. I didn't detect any Maine accent when she was complaining about being in quarantine.

ESI agents are on call, they really do not need to work close to any of the facilities of the CDC, because I imagine that the CDC pay for any expenses of transportation as government workers on TAD like military.

Question: Would a CDC person sign up with DWB? Don't they kinda do the same thing in a way? Was she CDC working there with DWB?

And, again, why are they emphasizing the DWB angle so hard since she's CDC?

Interesting to note that DWB is very upset that volunteerism to W. Africa is down because of all this. They have been all along but now their claims are that it's totally affecting them hard. So fast? Really?

It's been what? A week?

U.S. quarantines 'chilling' Ebola fight in West Africa: MSF

"There is rising anxiety and confusion among MSF staff members in the field over what they may face when they return home upon completion of their assignments in West Africa," Sophie Delaunay, executive director of Doctors Without Borders, said in a statement emailed to Reuters. Doctors Without Borders is also known by its French name, Médecins Sans Frontières, or MSF.

Some MSF workers are delaying their return home after their assignments and staying in Europe for 21 days, Ebola's maximum incubation period, "in order to avoid facing rising stigmatization at home and possible quarantine," Delaunay said in her statement.

"Some people are being discouraged by their families from returning to the field," she said.

And again, with people this altruistic and this dedicated and this brave to face this disease to begin with, why would a 21-day rotation in quarantine be so very daunting?

They could take that time to write papers and articles on the treatments, work remote via Skype advising, and still be useful.

I will refer to her as an agent from now on. Her pay is between $65,000-$90,000 a year. I'm sure she's getting extra bonuses for her drama queen performances. Perhaps a promotion within the CDC? Maybe she'll be an EIS czar?

For what I was reading in one of the many results on the search in the ESI agents, it seems that the CDC can send agents to any area in the world they seem in need of help, so really she could have been working with DWB in an assignment from the CDC as an ESI agent. Also some agents assignments are classified also as per CDC and US government wishes.

Yet still ALL they keep mentioning is DWB. Probably because they have all the respect and sympathy.

Apparently you forgot it's a terrible idea to post personal information to ATS.

Because that's the reason she was in Africa?

Lots of specialists volunteer for Doctors Without Borders… included a lot of non-medical people.

Yes, if she works for CDC as an ESI she is an agent and should be refer too as such, I agree with you.

The pay is pretty good.

I believe is also down because the mortality rates of the health care workers in ebola ridden countries is getting to them, I posted how many health care workers has gotten sick with ebola working in Africa and how many had died.

I guess without a vaccine, or reliable treatments is just a game of chance.

We will never find out about that one, I am pretty sure of that, Ms. Hickox will be well rewarded for a job well done.

Is the CDC a government organization? Does the public have a right to know who is employed by the CDC? What's personal info in that? I posted no personal phone numbers or addresses. They were government contacts... therefore public info.

Additional presentations were given by state-based officers from the Division of Scientific Education and Professional Development (DSEPD), including “Opportunities for Improved Detection and Treatment of Latent Tuberculosis Infection Among Veterans — Western United States, January 2010–July 2013,” presented by Dr. Tara Perti, and “Contact Investigation of Healthcare Personnel Exposed to Maternal and Neonatal Tuberculosis — Clark County, Nevada, 2013” given by Kaci Hickox.

Yes the CDC is a government agency and regulated by the government, actually is been called a top government agency.

I found this information on Ms. Hickox, as up to July 18 she was still an active ESI agent working for CDC.

According to the Daily Caller, Hickox was listed as an “active” EIS officer as recently as July 18, 2014, per the CDC’s own documents.

Ummm I know. Clearly my point wasn't clear enough. Them never mentioning her working for the CDC is a tad suspect.

There is that better?

If Agent Hickox is making + $90,000 a year with a job at the CDC, I don't see her actually getting her hands dirty with Ebola in West Africa as a "nurse" working with Doctors Without Borders. It's no wonder she's so confident she is Ebola free. She was sent on an Ebola Express flight (N163PA) for a touch and go landing in Dakar, Senegal. Returned to Newark, NJ and claim she was saving Ebola victims in West Africa so she could confront N.J.'s recent quarantine regulations. Sent by the Whitehouse.
