Take care, innocents are involved in this scenario you are proclaiming. Sounds serious, well yeah it is. This media reaches everywhere and here you are announcing a painful death for everyone as if you're enjoying the attention based on a dream.

I am wondering if maybe you and some others should avoid the Dreams and Prophecy forum.
It is here for members to relate their Dreams and Prophecy...that is the reason for this forum...people can't relate their dreams or prophetic visions on here without being told they are responsible for everyone who reads it and feels fear or acts on it?

Dreams should be shared, I'm all for it. What I have a problem with is when a member reading the thread takes it as a call to action of some sort. One poster on here spoke about how he now knows he must complete his mission after reading the OP and that the OP should join him on this mission. The poster never explained what "the mission" is and the OP responded carelessly with an affirmative. "The Mission" could be just about any action and unless the OP is a mind reader he has no idea what he has just put in motion.

ATS has had a couple of members who made national news (in a very bad way) due to how they took our polite agreements on the world situation and taking action. I'm trying to make it clear to the OP that he has a responsibility to be careful about his responses and to not inadvertently put something into motion that he never intended to.

Do you not agree?

Why do you insistently believe someone is even obligated to share anything with you? I do not appreciate your context, it is extremely demeaning to others. If you want to stop acting like you're better than others then I will give you the fully detailed explanation that you are looking for.

Until then I will not give you a proper response.

Edit: I shared an experience and I have admitted that it could've been a DREAM, but being an honest person I say that I DO NOT KNOW. I love my people and if something I experience leads me to make a post on an internet forum I will exercise my right to do so! I am not spreading doom porn, READ WHAT I AM SAYING.

If someone is taking my thread as absolute truth and acting upon it without reading that I accept that I may be completely wrong then that is THEIR CHOICE, I have NO control over that and if you think I should be responsible for that then why don't you go attack everyone else who has ever inadvertently caused someone else, by their own choice, to act upon anything.

due to how they took our polite agreements on the world situation and taking action.

Are you sure of that? Maybe their inspiration came from multiple places including their own head.

Unfortunately a nut will find their inspiration somewhere and any response could be the right or wrong one...you can't get into someones head and fix their messed up minds.

Maybe a psychologist would know each "correct" response to these kind of people but an average person just responds as they feel fits their view. No we are not obligated to be afraid that an insane person may read our threads and do something in the world. The same could happen when they read some news or go hear a preacher, or even a fictional book.

You realize that by saying what you may think is the right thing it could be the thing that sets someone off?

Your argument would mean that anyone making a thread on any subject needs to be worried because if for instance they feel the world needs less people...now maybe you sent some crazy on a mission to kill people. How can we live viewing things such a way?

My friend I share your suffering, by far the hardest moments in my life were when I reached a new level of mind and saw how truly backwards everything appears in the world. I saw how everyone was in such destructive states of being, the hatred, the malice, the greed running rampant

Was it some kind of insight or complete awakening? Was it a process or just instant awareness? I'm asking because I am have similar kind of perspective, to me it was more like gradual process. Unfortunately I learned the most trough suffering and pain, I wish it was trough meditation...

A good portion of the process was gradual as I also learned a good portion through experiences of suffering in my life. After applying simple meditation-like habits to my every day life I found the process sped up and I achieved the capability of willing my self into alternate states of consciousness with little effort.

At one point I attained complete awakening after reaching samadhi followed by 2 of the 3 dhyanas. I found that I didn't want to maintain that state of being though because it wasn't serving my purpose (I find it more difficult to communicate at a basic level in such high states of being). I was able to bathe my spirit within the Source for some time and just knowing what we all really are is blissful enough to keep me motivated, I've found that I'm actually quite fond of this duality-based experience.

Have you experienced atomic travel? i.e shrinking ones consciousness to it's atom-like state in order to shift between other forms of manifestation? I have a hard time explaining this in understandable terms.

I know what you mean. The further you are on the path, more distant you are for the rest of the crowd. But it's a lonely feeling, at least for me. And it's hard when you see your fellow humans suffering and not being able to help because they don't understand why are they suffering. I think there was some possibility of a massive shift of consciousness some time ago but we lost that window. Sorry to say but people are lost.

No, I'm more old school...Gurjieff and stuff, Osho... But I am not very diligent in my practices. What are those simple meditation techniques that you are practicing? Who thought you about that atomic travel? Have you figured it out by yourself? That means that you can leave level whenever you wish but you don't wont to? I don't see what you do you gain being constrained to this world, to this body...unless you want to stay because you want to help and show the way to your fellow humans. Good luck with that, I didn't have much success with it.

That sounds like an amazing and interesting experience. I don't believe it will happen however. You see, I practice meditation and experience spirit travel(what you would call an OBE). Over the years I have learned that the visions I comprehend and the emotions that I feel are metaphors. To be contemplated and used to help yourself grow and mature in the spiritual sense.

For example many years ago, when I was 21, I undertook a spirit travel that took me to my very own hometown in South Florida. I was standing on the beach, on a beautiful day, surrounded by hundreds perhaps thousands of people enjoying the pleasures of the beach as I was. The waves were lapping on my feet as I stood ankle deep on the shore. Suddenly, I and everyone around me heard a terrible rending sound, as if a mountain had been ripped in two like a piece of paper. Shortly after that I observed a gigantic wall of water racing towards the shore. It was immense. I can't even begin to describe how high. As I cast a quick glance to my left and right I could see this humongous wave stretching across the horizon to my north and south. I knew that this wave was going to impact land all across the Atlantic Ocean. The Americas, Europe, Africa....all would be caught in this deluge. It seemed so very real yet I was aware that this was not a prophetic vision. It was an experience that eventually taught me an important personal lesson. I didn't understand it at first.

I believe that this is why you had this specific and unique experience. My advice would be to reflect on it and figure out what this vision is trying to tell you, spiritually that is. Perhaps this experience is a key designed to help you better understand yourself and your reality.

I hope I've been helpful.

Intriguing! I will meditate on this insight and see where it brings me. May I ask, how can you truly tell the context of the lesson? This was the first time I've experienced a vision of this magnitude and I'm finding dead ends when attempting to connect it with my self.

You have been very helpful my friend and I thank you from the utmost of my heart!

Exactly!!! After an experience I had post-kundalini entering my mind I became frightened after almost completely merging my self with the Source, when I snapped back from it for a short while I had completely forgotten how to speak English, I know this sounds weird but I am being completely honest. After this experience I knew I wanted to stay in this realm until my service is completed because there are specific beings that I must engage and certain experiences I have yet to obtain. I know this but I do not know.

As for my simple mediation techniques I incorporated Yogic/Taoist/Buddhist breathing exercises in to my constant awareness whilst simultaneously holding my consciousness in my heart chakra, somehow this combination sped up my spiritual attainments to such an extent that my awareness merged 50/50 with the ethereal and physical realities which is one of the strangest experiences to explain. My mind is constantly bobbing as if floating on water, submerging and emerging in a rhythmic fashion between ethereal visions constantly in mind whilst perceiving and interacting within the physical reality. Does that make sense?

As for the atomic travel, yes, I wasn't even aware this was possible until my fore-mentioned post-kundalini experience. As I was meditating in my room I lifted my serpent to my throat and from there it injected itself into my brain, as I entered samadhi another surge of energy overcame my being and felt like the top of my skull de-materialized, creating a massive surge of energy constantly beaming out of my mind. At that moment the realization of all Creation and it's purpose became clear, I saw how us (the Creator) quarantined a portion of our ever pervading being to permit the densification of consciousness into what we now call the Universe as to allow us to experience our self through all possibilities, experiencing knowledge in physical form.

My mind perceived every individual atom of creation as a dense (by frequency) individualized portion of that ever-pervading consciousness, an isolated piece of the Creator. As this became apparent I opened my eyes, looked around my room, and saw that everything was literally my self observing my self. As that sunk in I felt my personal individualized atom/soul/Source shake free from the recesses of my heart and found that I could move freely into anything I willed my self to. After moving out of my self I entered my amazing mini-bamboo tree next to my bed and suddenly I knew that I was that plant before in a previous state of consciousness, I felt it's intelligence and understood it's purpose in the Great Lesson. After about 2 hours of playing in this state I attempted to create a thread about it on ATS to proclaim my discovery but at that moment I realized I couldn't piece together words in my mind to communicate. I even tried typing a thread but I couldn't even recognize the letters on my keyboard, I then started feeling fear but completely cut it off as I busted into a bout of ecstatic laughter. I found it hilarious that I was in such a state.

Afterwards I felt so drained of energy I went to sleep and woke up 14 hours later feeling more like my old self but still finding difficulty in communicating what my mind perceives into human coherence.

I don't know if I explained this correctly, please let me know if you would like further explanation of any of this.

Edit: I would like to add that this is the very reason why I chose the artwork for my avatar, the representation of that being with a beam ejecting from his skull completely puts into visual perspective what I experienced.

Hi Eric,

Congrats on your crazy vision. You're not alone! I'm from a sleepy beach town in San Diego. On July 28th, 2013 I had this same exact vision you described. Except I wasn't meditating, I was wide-awake sitting in a Starbucks.

I've since described it as a waking nightmare.

It was around 3PM and I had a vision that a high-altitude nuclear device was going to detonate off the west coast at precisely sunset. I was... a bit shaken (I've never experienced anything remotely like this nor was I into apocalyptic fear porn at the time). So I did what any sane person would do, I assumed it was all 100% real!

Now in full-blown Jack Bauer mode, I threw a few gallons of water in my car and headed for the Arizona border. As I was driving, more details started to surface in my mind. The detonation took down the power grid. The attack was blamed on China, but in reality was a false-flag operation perpetrated by the US and Japan governments (how cliche, I know). They quarantined San Diego, shut down the border and highways. I looked out the window - birds were freaking out, swarms of insects flew in precise geometric patterns - pretty much your typical massive nuclear EMP story.

By nightfall I had reached Twentynine Palms, and decided to cut up to highway 40. I was mostly relying on my GPS to get me to our family vacation house near Laughlin, NV. Suddenly in the distance, a brilliant light cut through the darkness. It was pulsating, like a beacon. Immediately my brain concluded it had crash-landed from space. Thanks brain! I pulled over, got out of my car, and began slowly walking towards the beacon, like a moth to the flame. It was further than I expected, so I took out my phone and filmed it for a few seconds then headed back to my car.

I followed the beacon until it led me to what appeared to be a small radio station at the top of a hill. The beacon was actually a tower, and at the top of the tower was a bright pulsating light that looked like a ball of lightning. I got out of my car and began walking toward the radio station. Suddenly out of nowhere a car flips on its lights and begins speeding toward me. Naturally, I thought it was government agents. So I hopped back in my car and got the # out of there. While driving down the mountain, I passed a van with two young guys who were pulled over, staring at the beacon with a frozen expression of ecstasy on their faces. Yeah it was pretty creepy.

I finally arrived at an abandoned gas station. My GPS had been going haywire and I had no idea where I was heading. There was a guy pulled over on a motorcycle, looking at his phone. I asked him how to get to Laughlin, and he said he was trying to figure that out himself. Eventually he concluded it was "that way", which was good enough for me so I started driving again.

I lost about 4 hours during that whole beacon episode. It was like my clock was fast-forwarded. By sunrise, I began to have another vision that an asteroid was going to strike somewhere in my vicinity. Needless to say, this led to a lot more prancing about looking for asteroid fragments and stuff.

By the third day, the vision was pretty much out of my system. I spent a week on the lake, and then headed back. I sold all of my stuff and got the # out of California. That was basically the message: Get the # out of California.

Now I live in the Rocky Mountains. I feel like I'm where I'm supposed to be. I still think the world is going to end... but I'm happy. I hope that this gives you the confirmation you need to make whatever changes in your life are necessary to find that state of tranquility. The world needs you!

Wow what a great explanation of your vision!!! I've been told by my higher self to get out of California as well but for some reason I feel compelled to stay here for now. I have had premonitions of certain parts of north and south america becoming inundated by massive displacements of water a long the coastal regions but I feel that my purpose will see me through it.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and how you took action! Part of me feels envy for your strength of character! Again thank you!!!

I just realized that you joined ATS to share this! WOW! I can't believe how many people are resonating so much with my vision as to join the forum just to respond with there experiences!!! If anyone else out there wants to share too by all means please join in the discussion! There is something eerie when considering the great amount of people sharing such similar experiences! Again, WOW!

This really does seem to be a very common dream/prophecy/memory. There are many on ATS. I don't know. Maybe asteroid dreams are the way the subconscious gets the needed message across and that is why there are so many. That kind of dream is certainly hard to ignore!

One thing I'll say though is words like, soon and near are subjective and on a totally different time-frame than a human I think.

I see some on this thread who said, like you did, that they felt compelled. I too posted a thread because I felt compelled without reason. Mine, too, had everybody looking up to the sky.
