The Shed

Cloud walked through an enchanted forest, not quite like any part of the woods he'd ever seen before. His clothes were worn, torn and ragged. Dried dark mud broke apart in pieces from his tall brown leather boots. His hair was long and curled, brown like his boots. His clothing was grey and black. His eyes were hazel and sparkled in the sunlight. He vaguely recalled that he was a bard, perhaps one celebrated by a majestic kingdom far away, or perhaps not. He could not remember how he got here or even where here was.

Squirrels frolicked about the trees and birds sang about the trees. Wind blew from the treetops and the water splattered over the rocks, running down a brook which he stepped over. When he lifted his head he saw rainbow-colored buildings before him: a house, shed and camper van.

I wonder if this place is vacant...or not, he wondered. I'm not sure which I'd prefer. Then again, I'd hate to be alone.

He neared the dwelling, stepping carefully as if over a bed of delicate flowers, as if the grass blades might scream out and awaken some foul or otherwise bizarre beast which dwelt inside.

WindStorm flew in with a graceful landing. "What do we have here?" asked the elven maiden. There before her was a handsome young man who looked rather confused and...lonely. "Ah, surely one of our own." Lightly she stepped forth and introduced herself. She was never one to be shy or awkward in any way, but she found herself with few words to offer. Stumbling through, she spoke of Jane and how she could explain so many things to him, or Jacy or...well, anyone but her right now. She lowered her eyes and stared at the earth beneath her. WindStorm laughed a hearty laugh. "Is thy maiden lost for words this fine day?" he asked with a big grin. All night Star could mutter was, "Oh go back to the shed beast!" She regretted it the moment the words passed her lips, but she couldn't help it.

If the scorpion rises...If what?????? LOL
If there were no scorpions to throw me off and I have to subtract 1 that would be 23 but you look younger. So what's with the scorpio rising thing?

As Cloud looked at the scene a sense of apprehension clouded the mind. Cloud felt a tap on the shoulder and whirled around gazed upon a rather a shoddy looking character.

"Welcome! Are ya hungry? Or thirsty? Plenty of grub on the grill and wine and beer in the stream. Even if you don't drink booze, the stream itself is pretty tasty."

"Um..."

The man laughed. "Yea, that is usually the first response most of us have made coming upon this place, but it's not that bad. It kinda grows on you."

Nope

No doubt about it what so ever Gbro if you see a baby picture of my mum and one of my son side by side the only way you can tell the difference between them is because 1 is colour and 1 is black and white, the same goes for me and my daughter.

I was merely suggesting that cody may have been the innocent victim of a small Freudian slip, due to the rather memorable (yes, and totally adorable, cute etc) visuals that were placed before him only a few short hours ago...
