There is reality...and within that reality there are facts.

Within any people in the reality are truths based upon beliefs.

Still reguardless of how strong one believes in a truth....in does not make it certain that truth is a FACT.

How do you figure a truth is constant? It is a truth that people obtain when they believe in a GOD.

This is the same as if an ancient Greek found the same truth believeing in ZEUS the King of the GODS.

If this person was informed that there were no GODS living on Mt. Olympus and that ZEUS' lightning was just caused by atmospheric conditons and they no longer believed in ZEUS...thus that belief and that TRUTH would no longer be constant.

However...it is a fact if I have 3 of something and I get 3 more and I add these two quantities...they will always add up to 6.

This is a FACT and will remain constant...a TRUTH is subjective and will not remain constant.

I don't figure. I don't have to use mind or information to know what is real. I had a look and have found what is constant and stable and always there- unchanging.

When the truth (the one reality) has not been recognized it is being overlooked - then 'truths' are believed. There is just one truth - there is not a truth. There are many beliefs which some call 'truths'.
Truth is singular and when found it saves you.

The truth shall set you free.

Knowledge sets one free...the facts of reality set one free...beliefs and truths put one in a specific sized box or cage from which they can only hope to escape once they aknowledge the FACTS and REALITY of their situation.

You appear to be speaking about knowledge.
The reality i am speaking about is what is actually 'real'?

First a thought occurs. Then its opposite thought occurs. Guide the thought through its opposite, then through its neutral... through the middle. Then release it.

When you dream and think you are seeing light in that dream...you are only accessing the recorded data of what light looked like. It is the same if one closed their eyes and put on a good blind fold.

They can not see visable light but they can IMAGINE seeing light.

Maybe in a dream the darkness we perceive in the real world is enlightened. Never sunlight is seen in a dream as it is in the real world?

I'm sure you would know, my friend. I'm not good with remembering names... only with absorbing thoughts that help me deal with my kundalini rising. I've been going through some difficulties and that particular thought has helped me a great deal. I think I came across it in this book, but I'm not sure.
