Healthcare Ruling: Individual Mandate Ruled CONSTITUTIONAL, entire law upheld.

To be honest...

I WILL NOT!!.. be strong armed into getting health insurance...

I am a veteran, and even now, I would refuse my medical options as a Vet...

I "choose" to let nature do it's thing..

I "choose" to die with honor, and dignity over some mealy mouthed fascists ruling, that is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!!...


You cannot "make" anyone get health insurance, you cannot make anyone do something they choose not to do, and I cost "nobody" anything, because I would rather go walk out into the desert and die, then have another take care of me...

If I was hit by a car, and a gained consciousness in the ambulance ride, I would tell them I will sue them if they take me and touch me any further, to simply remove all life saving equipment, and let nature do it's thing, no matter how painful it is in the beginning, in the end, it is always an easy death (and that is basic medical class 101)...

If I die, just throw the body into a wood chipper, and use it for fertilizer (or for throwing at congressmen/women and POTUS, whatever you choose to do with it), because it is nothing more then a slab of meat at that time, and I will have moved onto bigger and better things by then...

I refuse to buy medical insurance, and I refuse to be forced to buy it, I will not sign a waver, and I would rather die of starvation then be told what to do by a "nanny state" system....

This is utter BS, and nothing I will be a part of...

If you read most state laws on auto insurance you would find that purchasing auto insurance is not mandated. Rather, if you chose to drive a vehicle you must be able to cover the losses of another person in case you hurt someone. You can generally do this one of two ways; buy insurance, or be self insured. Most big corporations do not pay taxes on their vehicles, as they have enough in the bank to cover the minimum insured amount set by legislatures.

Get this for pensions... A college professor worked in a OR college for 16 years and retired in 1999 with a last pay check of 61k...this year his pay and bennies will be 210k...

This is why OR is laying off 350 teachers and increasing class sizes to 32 to 35 per one teacher...also laid off like 100 cops etc.


People just do not understand the money needs to come from somewhere and its our pockets...They act like it is unlimited pot...My pocket does have a bottom I hate to say...

I'm old school, raised in the country, and death is not an issue, in fact, it is common, expected, and if I'm put into a situation where I have to choose death, or accept some miserable form of insurance, or other forms of "candy" thrown out there for myself and other to partake of, I will not hesitate to choose death, and the last words on my lips would be.. "If you think I'm a threat now, just wait until you think I'm dead!".....

I fear there is only a small group of us willing to move on, rather then be a part of some fascist and communistic nation...

Pisses me off that the blood of brothers in arms was spilled for the nation, only to have the very nation "spit" in the face of those who sacrificed for them...

We should all just get something rolling that can become some new law that:

:makes any public sector official, staffing, services used there of earning some kind of benefit have their salary or whatever benefit reduced to minimum wage level! No fleets of vehicles, you use your own car to drive back and forth. You pay for your own gas.

Maybe we would get some people in these positions that people will like and won't need all this protection from us...the people that voted them in..


I truely think the minimum wage for all offices and institutions, arms and tentacles of the the federal state and local governments woudl turn this place around...everyone else have fun its a free country!

Let me explain it this way. One of my kids is mentally gifted. She graduated high school from 10th grade.
She's only 17 and has already finished 2 years of college with a 4.00 and thank god she's not a geek.
Ummmmmmm the colleges she wants to attend for the rest of her Pre-Med classes are out of cash here in California.
I have friends who died in Nam and Uncles in WW2. Nevermind whether we should have gone to Nam,Iraq,or Afghan. My friends,relatives and unknown soldiers have died for this country.

When did we give the POTUS the authority to give up our sovereign rights and protect U.S. citizens FIRST?

Thats O.K... apparently I'm talking to someone that does not understand that freedom under the Constitution means that you are free to succeed AND fail!...

I choose to go my own path, my own way, afforded to myself by the Constitution, and if others want to follow some nimrod in the POTUS seat of their own accord.. then that is also their Constitutional right...

BUT however!!...

It is not the right of anyone in the sovereign u.s. to dictate policies for another, not by law, and not by "force" such as this ruling makes it...

Such is the Constitutional laws...

You say I think of myself.. YES I DO!!... fore if I cannot help myself, then I have no right or means to help others...

If I could help, I would.. it's called "donations" and those are private organizations ran by individuals, not by an overbearing governmental body..

As such, insurance is a gamble, that only pays off to the insurance companies share holders, and any way they can milk the government (i.e. our very taxes) they will....

If I choose to drive, and I cannot afford personal insurance costs to pay another f I hit them, or I have not enough in the bank to cover the expenses of another, then I cannot drive.. that is "choice"... this is not.. this is strong arm "Fascism"..

Every job I take, I refuse insurance, I refuse benefits, as it is always another that has to pay for them, if a job tries to even attempt to strong arm me into taking it, I quit immediately and give them as bad a rating as I can come up with whenever another asks me about them......

At some point.. you are going to have to take a "Stand".. fence sitting is no longer an option, it is getting to the point, whereas we all have to decide exactly "what" we are here to do..

Are you here to be serf for other pleasure?..

I guess everybody has an opinion but me.

I really don't have an opinion other than I wish I had insurance. I hurt my shoulder in Jan. and under my arm and a few of my ribs have been black and blue ever since. It doesn't hurt unless I lift something heavy or take a deep breath.

In Arizona there is a freeze on medical so a single white male is screwed. I applied but got denied. I don't have insurance at work and I just can't afford to pay cash. It's been bruised and sore for six months no idea what it is but I bet treatment will be expensive!

So for now I just suffer like millions of other Americans.
