Obama has never claimed that $375,000 is not a lot of money. Obama is all about the poor. He was a community organizer in inner-city Chicago (much to the disgust of the GOP).
Oh boy what a hornets nest,
Obama just panders to the poor,
never mind, that's another topic.

Oh c'mon.
That lady doesn't speak for the left. She's apologized profusely and Obama bashed what she said.
Quit telling it like you want it rather than it actually is.
Mitt had plenty of chances to refute rush for example but was too much of a wimp to stick up for women when he had the chance.
Yet Obama who you guys absolutely hate came out and addressed that ladies gaff which he had nothing to do with.
Obama would get my vote 100 times before Romney. He's not respectable or presidential at alledit on 4/13/2012 by mudbeed because: (no reason given)

I think it's hilarious how well the GOP is deflecting from their own strategy
I mean, think about it:
1) The Democrats haven't introduced a single bill that takes away women's rights. They have Fluke who stood up for women's rights, and now this pundit who only said that Mrs Romney isn't well placed to asses economic troubles of women...which is the truth. She never dissed women working at home!
2) The GOP on the other hand wants to cut women's reproductive rights, legislate porn (according to Santorum), and are openly against equal pay for women. They aren't just saying all that, they are actively introducing legislation!! And during all that time they claim to be for "small government"
It's the oldest trick in the book...deflection!
Enter Ann Romney. Indeed, she has enjoyed the benefits of marriage to a wealthy businessman, including “a couple of Cadillacs,” as her husband famously mentioned last month. And unlike most modern-day women, she didn’t have to work outside the home to make ends meet as she raised her five sons.
Has Mitt ever worked 2 years at sub-minimum wage pay working with communities in inner-city Chicago - or any other inner-city area, for that matter? Has Ann Romney?
Never mind. I expect you will ignore this post as well, as it makes too much sense.
In 1985, the year Obama began as a community organizer, that $20,000 would be the equivalent of $39,431.04 in 2007. His salary when he left Chicagot to attend Harvard law School in 1988 would be the equivalent of $63,093.21 in 2007.
Not too shabby. Community organizing: Nice work, if you can get it.
Obama’s Inflation-Adjusted Community Organizer Salary: $39k to $63k
She was 25 and had just finished her first year as an associate at Sidley & Austin, a corporate law firm in her home town of Chicago. Not long after, the firm assigned her to mentor a summer associate named Barack Obama.
The fact that she was Obama's mentor made her feel self-conscious. She often recounts how she resisted when Barack asked her out, saying in an interview that she felt it would be "tacky" if they started to date because they were "the only two black people" at the firm.
His wife has actually never worked a day in her life. She's never really dealt with the kinds of economic issues that a majority of the women in this country are facing in terms of how do we feed our kids, how do we send them to school and why do we worry about their future.

How has she done anything to take away rights of women and moms?
She never attacked moms in the first place, just questioned Mrs Romney's ability to understand how women struggling with the economy feel...which again is the TRUTH!
The GOP is actively campaigning to take away women's rights. So please, show me an example of the Democrats taking away women's rights! I can name several from the top of my head when it comes to the GOP:
1) Reproductive rights
2) Equal pay
3) Choice of work
So instead of simply repeating talking points like a parrot, humour us, tell us how exactly the Democrats are taking away women's rights!

Oh, I completely agree, both parties suck. You can criticize Obama for a ton...but women's rights isn't one of those points. Obama handled this really badly, as he often does. There was nothing to defend, she didn't attack moms in the first place...but Obama being all in campaign mode took the easy route and simply through someone under the bus. Pretty weak tbh
In the end, it doesn't matter who's in power, they're all bought at this point. Until money is removed from politics, you won't ever get a long term sustainable approach that's good for the nation.
I think a big step forward would be to force NEWS channels to pay a fine every time they lie on a news show (they can still do it on opinion shows, but would have to label them as such). At least that way the population wouldn't get dumbed down systematically and could form an honest opinion.
Anyway...
Claiming the Democrats are on a war against women is incredibly ironic given the legislation the GOP is pushing foredit on 13-4-2012 by MrXYZ because: (no reason given)
