Then we need to discuss ALL the facts before passing judgement.

Not by passing judgement then looking for facts to support it.

I think ATS should create a "Jury" forum. We all "knee-jerk" so much with current events. A Jury forum would look at the data, ALL THE DATA, then make a determination.

The media is inflaming the situation by doing stuff like that. Anyone remember Richard Jewell? The supposed Olympic Park bomber - tried and convicted by the media? Only to be found innocent - after his life was ruined.

I'm not saying Zimmerman is innocent - just that the facts are not all out there, but are being manipulated by the MSM, as always.

Everyone is jumping on this to further their own agendas. That's the Big problem.

People believe what they want to believe, you can talk till you are blue in the face, it wont change many minds, plus they don't follow the post, or do their research, not that that would matter, if it suits their agenda they run with it.

I highly doubt this man was a racist having had two black foster children, this shouldn't even be a race issue.

Except he won't actually talk with more than rhetoric and saying people got played, the only time he has responded to any info posted is "look at the date on that" oh sorry 2days old, I post again with one updated TODAY and no reply, I show that there is the ACTUAL phone conversation with "Trayvon asking why Zimmerman is following him" and he says "ya they just want a payday"

I'm not trying to convict here, just show that there is way more evidence pointing to the fact that Zimmerman is not guilt-free in this incident as the OP is saying "seemingly" without a doubt from a single source and story.

I am only doing what the OP is doing but to the contrary and with much more backing.

Am I the only one who thinks cruising around in your car with a gun playing vigilante, neighborhood watch or not is a strange behavior and its actually calling for trouble?

Why did he get out of the car? Some kind of provocation must have taken place...

The whole ''Trayvon was trying to grab his gun...he WAS trying to kill him'' sounds like a weak conclusion and defensive statement. In those circumstances If someone who isn't a cop came to towards me armed, I would feel threatened as well. If it came down to physical altercation I would try to grab the gun as well to disarm him...That doesn't mean I would have any intention to kill him...thats ridiculous.
