I might sound like a moany git but the thread title is a bit misleading it's hardly a winter storm for the whole of the UK I'm down south just east of London and we had diddly squat. We had worse snow than this last year. Sorry I'm not in a good mood today and plus I want snow too
I'd love to see this country come to a stand still ... Again

yeh but the UK also consists of Northern England, Northern Ireland and Scotland (the list isnt extensive) and isnt just limited to London...

contrary to popular belief

I'm afraid they don't give you much room to detail exactly where this weather would occur in the title so i thought it best to put "UK" since it is affecting all nations...albeit some more than others!

Just think how great it would be if we could drag the Uk down closer the equator. We have some great beaches in this country and people are so much happier in this country in the summer. I think it would improve the mood and health of the nation. It's better being poor when it's warm than poor in the cold.

18th - A possible storm that will be worse than the hurricane of 1987

24th - A White Out Christmas

These models still have to verify though, we'll know nearer the time

Exactly and we could sort of hover around the Azores for Autumn before having a vote to see if we want a winter wonderland or more beach time - now that would an election worth participating in!

Agreed, and let's face it, the North is much more "true" Britain than the south

Uploading that video now, don't get excited, it's a minute and a half of shaky footage and roaring.
