WARNING VIDEO HAS STRONG LANGUAGE

I cannot believe you can get arrested for speaking in other countries. Sure, this woman is obviously either on something or crazy (notice mouth ticks) but she should be allowed to say whatever she wants, wherever she wants. I have a feeling a HUGE number of people would agree with her as well. The worst she should have gotten was a week long ban from the train. Arrested? UK is disgusting.

Anyone else laugh when the black chap behind her pretends he's all hardcore?

No. She was being insulting, she was being racist and she was provoking physical confrontation. Somebody like her should not be privileged with the right of free speech.

disturbing the peace

child abuse

wreckless endangerment of a child (if the mob got ugly)

spreading hate and discrimination

yup seems to fit the checklist for an arrest.

Sure you can speak your mind , but some people speak there minds to the point it falls out of their brains and causes a public nusence.

Justified.

I doubt you could say she is crazy or high because she has some slight mouth ticks. If anything, she is nervous for speaking her mind, and she is acting very rude, but what started the exchange? Obviously, it started before the video was recording.

There definitely shouldn't be a punishment for talking.

There's no country in the world where you cannot get arrested for speaking your mind.

Sorry to burst your bubble

She's got a trash mouth and deserves a slap in said trash mouth but...arrested? I can see someone calling child services on her for possibly being drunk and possibly endangering the boy...but arrested? No.

Pathetic. Hate and discrimination should be legal. She never endangered her child and certainly wasn't abusing him.

Sorry, but this just shows the womans intelligence, ask yourself, would you kick off like this with a child of that age around? i know i would not, I think we can agree that children mimic behaviour that they see going on around them. Each of us given the chance would move from our own country to another country if there was a better chance for us too be able to provide for our children and actually have a go at making a life with money and everything else that goes with it.

As far as i am aware there are no illegal human beings anywhere on this planet, as much as our governments would like us to believe that bs, divide and conquer, anyone remember that 1?.

Most polish people in this country do jobs that most of our unemployed do not want and work for less than anyone here is prepared to, does this come as a surprise to anyone? I do agree however that we should look after our own before paying out on all these others that do abuse the system.

Mentallity like this, is the best excuse for the nwo. Devide and conquer, always remember that and you will not go far wrong.

As a quick end to this, look how our government is demonising the teachers and government employees about pensions at the moment, they have better pensions than you!, will the government bring you up to the level of the teachers? no dont be silly, they want them down at the level of the rest of us, does anyone see bankers or government types getting small wage rises or having their pensions reduced?

No thought not, end of argument.

But that is exactly the kind of person we should support, and back when it comes to the freedom of speech. Oh it is easy to say we should ban the freedom of speech when it comes to something we do not like, or find distasteful, but what if comes to mind.

What if you said something that someone else did not like, would you be so willing to have your freedom of speech curbed and prevented, all cause you offended someone with what you may have stated?

The best defense of such a freedom is to defend that which we find the most distasteful, knowing that it ultimately protects all of us.

While what she stated was very distasteful and pretty much out in left field, there are other questions that must be asked and should be asked, as to why she was going off on people? After all is there some underlying cause to her behavior? Most normal people do not go off on rants like that, even those who are racist and bigoted, tend to be a bit more reserved. So the question is what is causing her to do this?

In the United States, disturbing the peace is a crime.

It would make sense if this was the case in the UK also.

Whats the big deal? You just can't act like that in a civil society. She should save that for the local KKK rally..

I know free speech is meant to protect unpopular speech, but there is a difference between verbal assault and talking peacefully and calmly.

If I went on the train yelling about OWS and cussing anyone out who disagreed with me, I am sure people here would be happy if I got arrested... Which would perfect make sense.

Hate and discrimnation should be legal ? right..

Never endangered her child ? What would happen if it turned into a mob beating because of her big mouth?

Oh that doesn't count.

All that profanity = child abuse. Including hers and other children around them. Negativity like that is nothing short of child abuse..

but people like you don't look at the bigger picture or understand the basics of it .

Kinda willy wonka world do i live in

Well put. So lets say I hate black people. It offends me when people are not racist. Everyone should be arrested if they show any sort of kindness/acceptance to blacks!

Slippery slope. UK is a joke. The people are a joke. More worried about offending someone than being able to speak your minds. Also, the majority of people from the UK seem to support having online 'bullies' arrested. Just a pathetic mess over there.

Then their is no such thing as freespeech. What if she wear to talk about the new world order and all the people on that bus did not want to open their eyes so they kick her off and arrest her. Thats why freespeech has to be FOR EVERY ONE. I do not like what she is saying but I do know she has the right to speak how ever she pleases. I think she went on that bus with the intention of starting a fight. SHE IS A TROLL just like annoying kids on the net.

bull#. who cares if she's being ignorant and racist. She should be able to say what she wants. Humanity always makes me laugh. Such a strong species capable of doing many things but yet can be destroyed by words. We need to arrest the liberals that are pushing for this type of #. They're a threat to freedom

Do you realize what you said? "priviledged with the right of free speech" Which is it? A priviledge or a right? Aparently in the UK it is a priviledge because she was arrested for it.

They should file a court order that requires her to wear a muzzle in public.

I hope she got a really big fine too, she is lucky people didn't get physical with her. They probably would have it wasn't for her kid being there.

That's the other thing, who talks like that in front of their child in public. Talk about setting a horrible example. I hope her kid doesn't grow up with the same attitude.
