Above Top Secret though, no.

There is nothing so far in this case that warrants any attention on ATS, well other than it being used as a massive distraction from real issues and conspiracies.

I know that Casey's mother is trying to save her and she is desperate...but you can't be in 2 places at the same time. The time frame she claims she was on the PC googling chloroform ...she was really at work.

I believe that Casey is a sociopath...she to me is glib and has a superficial charm...she is manipulative and very cunning...she has a grand sense of herself....she is a pathological liar...and she exhibits a lack of remorse...her emotions are shallow.....she does not perceive that anything is wrong with her....

I believe she killed her daughter....and I believe she is sane....

My only comfort in this is that little Caylee is in heaven with the angels arms wrapped around her...she is happy in heaven and having a good time grooving with Jesus.

I do believe he did. I am not of the assumption that DNA can be altered just by stepping on it. That and the fact that the dna was like 1 in a million that it was him and no one else. The glove? wet leather and stop taking your arthritus (sp??) medicine so your hands swell up. Leather shrinks and the hands plump up.

Do you have a specific problem with this topic or have you been a very busy boy today? Because I have been looking at the front page and if you want to play supermod about what is and what is not ATS worthy, you got about 5 "Sarah Palin is awesome and pretty" threads that keep rolling by. There is a birther thread the OP insists must not die. There is really very little else. If the mom, dad, brother all conspired with the daughter to cover up this little girl's death then it seems more worthy than most of the crap on here right now.

What kind of a grown-ass woman needs chloroform to overpower her two year old?

She probably just wanted to get f***ed up on it....and then go out partying after killing her kid.

This is crazy. I wonder what the feds would do to me if they found out that I Googled: Merkin Wig last week.

I think you're a little confused. Cindy A (the mom of TotMom) was not angry that he might be the father of his sisters baby. If that was ever mentioned anywhere I did not see it and I have downloaded every depo and transcript that was released under the sunshine laws. If you know a source for info pretaining to Cindy thinking that Lee was Caylees father please provide a link. On the other hand I think Cindy is lieing about the search to save her daughters life.

Problem with that is Casey didnt have a reputation of getting f'ed up in the first place. Her friends said that she did not smoke pot until she hooked up with Tony (the last guy before the shtf). She drank moderatly and didnt get drunk on a regular basis. She was not a head . So no history for something like that.

Eh, not sure how to link to what I was watching on HLN but that really does not matter. If the most innocent thing happening is just Cindy lying to save her daughter's life then it still amounts to a conspiracy to cover up a crime so I still think it is ATS worthy, unless your point was to say it is not ATS worthy which was all I was saying.

You're getting all off in the wrong direction about this. As someone else said, they can get a computer via search warrant. They do it all the time when they have probable cause. Would you prefer they never catch child pornographers?

Even the MSM is saying the google searches are the difference between PREMEDITATED MURDER and MURDER.

Murder doesn't necessarily carry the death penalty. Premeditated murder means that there is no escape from the death penalty.

Get your facts straight people. This is huge, and has nothing to do with the case, but our future as a nation.

I know that your computer history can be admissible in court, if you have manuals about blowing up a building on your PC and you blow up a building... of course it's evidence.

This woman, the mother, claimed she acidentally searched it. Can they prove anything?

If they can't this is huge.

Using a google search term to decide life or death is not ATS worthy?

That has pretty large implications for all of us here, I would imagine.

The pre-crime concept has gravity. I'm sure this is already done through your ISP and probably NSA, trying to sniff out potential terrorists or other problems. Your ISP tracks everything you do online.

Its use outside of court, is what should scare people the most. Meaning being held without trial.

We are heading in that direction, where trials may not always happen and people have to prove innocence, rather than guilt.

I agree, I have followed this case not very closely most of the time, but since the trial started I've followed it pretty closely. I have to agree with you here that computer was taken three years ago, and the searches for chloroform were deleted, yet Cindy didn't even know which browser she was using and she can remember a pop up ad that popped up three years ago?!!? It's the most ridiculous thing I've heard that she (Cindy) did those searches!! She is a liar, and here I thought she was a grieving grandmother ...pfft!!

She could be a grieving Grandmother...but she's also a grieving Mother! She may hate her daughter for what she did, but she could still love her..... human emotion is complex like that. I see no problem with believing that she may lie for her daughter, even if she is horrified with what she has done...it's just human nature. Did you ever see that interview with Jeffrey Dahmer and his father? [Here's a link...I don't think it's the one I was thinking of, but it's of his father, and is apt because he speaks of still loving his son, and supporting him www.youtube.com... ] It was obvious there was still a lot of love between the two of them, despite what had happened. (Now don't get me wrong...I think it's totally wrong for the mother to lie about this in this instance....but I'm only suggesting that I...at the very least....understand it.

Yeah, the grandparents are kinda kooky, I wouldn't be defending my daughter if she murdered my Grandchild, especially one who throws her own dad under the bus to save her neck. Plus the the Grandmother was at work at the time the google searches were conducted.

She's lying to keep her daughter from a lethal injection.

Those were high profile cases, this isn't.

You must have lost your mind. This is the biggest trial since the Scott Peterson case. You don't get any MORE high Profile than this. Although this isn't O.J. level, it's certainly high profile Trial, and if Casey takes the stand, whew forget it. Hell just wait until the defense calls George Anthony's Mistress to the stand, she has some pretty damning evidence that's gonna hurt the prosecution badly ,if it's allowed in, and IF the jury believes her.

oh and btw the "Jon Benet case" NEVER wen't to trial.

The Grand jury wouldn't indite Patsey or John Ramsey.

As far as the OP. I have to say This family can't tell the truth period. You can't believe anything out of thier mouths. When Cindy (Casey's Mom) was on the stand for the prosecutions case, she basically threw her daughter under the bus.

But....now that she realizes she may lose not only her grandaughter, but her daughter as well, she's lieing on the stand, and badly too.

She says she was searching for chlorophyl and that led her to chloryphorm(how...got me?) because her yorkie's were getting sleepy after chewing on the bamboo in the yard.uhmm ok so how about googling, "Bamboo" or "Yorkie's(dogs) chewing bamboo" and or 'bamboo leaves?" Why jump right to Chlorophyl?

This is a last stitch effort to lie and save her daughter, from the needle she deserves.

I'm curious as to why the judge called recess early Sat. Morning and the trial isn't resumeing till tommorow morning. When they had like 6 witnesses waiting to be called, there is something else going on her.

I've heard rumours of Casey calling for "ineffective defense" saying Jose Biaz is not qualified to lead a Capital Murder defense. Which could be bad for the prosecution, because a defense attorney has to meet certain criteria before he can be lead council in a Capital Murder case. and from what I hear Jose fell short of that criteria in a couple areas.

Anyhow, maybe this trial is just HUGE because I live in Fl. and thats where it's all taking place. But this is definitely a Really High Profile case, no two ways about it.
