Well I had the thrill of interviewing a child support advocate at my so called hearing. In which my babys mother filed upon completing a DNA test with the guy she was sleeping with (her ex) who is now dead from a drug overdose and left behind his own daughter, confirmed that he was not the father. Strangely she somehow wanted him to be but upon finding out that I was the father went and filed for child support before there was a finding of paternity. Then I found myself in Child Support Court before I ever had a hearing, then she filed a restraining order got knocked up by another guy and moved out of state with my child.

So yeah you can destroy a guys life, but thats not really the right thing to do is it?

No, a majority of non-custodial fathers do not want a 50/50 custody arrangement. However, by making a 50/50 custodial arrangement successful does'nt have to be a 6 month block but can be one month on one month off or do change every quarter. Both parents would have to live within close prox of their children's schools though not neccessarily in the same suburb. It has been rather successful among those who have achieved such an agreement.....unfortunately they are few and far between.

Will have to check with a girl friend but in Canada they are practically forced to a 50/50 arrangement. I might be wrong but I'll leave that opne to any Canadians who know their system alot better than I do.

Bouncing the kids around back and forth is bad for their stability and education. About the only way I would see it working at all without psychological trauma is summer vacations with one parent, rest of the year with the other. Which also would allow for some greater distance too, though I do believe parents should stay living close whenever possible to share holidays, short vacations and so forth.

In russia there is a negative birthrate and the government is now hosting programs for their citizens promoting childbirth and parenthood. This happened not because Russia has this great awesome human rights program, but because they realized their birth rate was in the negative and they are trying to correct it, for the good of their own country. In the US and likely the UK they are destroying the birth rate, its going down.

...Leaves for Russia.

Well thats true. I have so many points to make about this.

First, the ones who people on this site and other conspiracy sites rail against as capitalists are all socialists.

You name them and I will show you a card carrying socialist.

Rockeffellers, Rothschilds it doesn't matter.

Card carrying socialists who made their money from capitalism.

If it werent for capitalism they would all be nobodies.

Fortunately this has happened before, so all I have to do to find answers is look to the past.

So there ya go, by your own admission, capitalism created the monster.

The things is though I really don't think in the same terms that you do. Not to sound condescending, but I have done many years of in-depth study and have ties to certain "societies" we will say. The common perception is so far different, from what CT's believe, which is so far different from another level of awareness that I do not myself yet fully grasp. Yeah, that sideline is getting deep. Maybe we should do a thread on this in a few days. Hit me with a PM and remind me, we will debate the merits of our points in a dedicated thread.

Far from it...Ever considered how much federal funding is spent on the Family Court System Services?...You may like to think it's all being paid for by one party or the other. This is untrue.
Reckless breeders do not come cheap to the rest of us. Looks like the breeders got it easy and yet they're still complaining?
Get over it. People who are so caught up in the system and have clearly failed as parents should no longer benefit from it. They are nothing, but parasites. They should have their children taken away and enrolled into a program that will educate and raise them to become productive members of society and also members of our armed forces. I don't see the big controversy in that.

I am apolitical on the issue and in fact support abortion rights for the very reason you are talking about. If you can't feed em, don't breed em. I had to drown newborn puppies and kittens when I was a kid. Same thing here.

What the hell do you think us women were doing for thousands of years? Men ruled and although they still do, women did something about it. They got organised and fought many a battle. It was'nt easy, it took years but they eventually got through. War took out many of our men and young boys leaving a majority of females to run things. Thats how we proved ourselves. They worked in factories for next to nothing, many did 18 hour days just to feed their kids and send food packages and what not to the front line. Every uniform our men ever wore....made by the hands of our women with the upmost care. They farmed the land, they picked fresh produce by hand in harvest season; no machines back then.....barely any men around to help, they were in trenches fighting war and barely alive. By the time our men came home, so few they were so women had to continue as laborers for factories, plantations etc. Thats when women got a taste of independance and self worth. She knew she was capable within the work force just as much as men. Hell, even I clearly recall the days when my parents could'nt even afford meat and lard was used instead of butter. Old wooly jumpers pulled apart and re-knitted, toys were all handmade, 1 pint of milk had to last for a family of 6 for 2 days. Sunday roast was gourmet back then. If a family friend divorced in those days, they were practically frowned upon. Too many kids went in to fostercare because their mothers were'nt allowed to keep them unless they had extended family to support them. No such thing as welfare in those days. The fathers jumped ship, never to be seen again. Appauling state of family affairs back then. So don't tell me I don't know what poverty is....I've seen worse times that you could ever possibly imagine. Takeaway food? Unheard of in our house but we got a bottle of fizzy once a year and even a sip of our father's beer. On the flip side.....we were active kids, our parents adored us, and we all turned out better than our own expectations. I thank my mother for keeping us all together while our father was at war as his father and brothers. Yeah, us women fought for what we have and it did'nt happen over night.

OK but in history there has always been a monster and it wasn't capitalism. Capitalism is actually the underdog thats why I root for em. Anyways the world is undergoing a financial crisis which has to do with labor unions getting paid more then they should in the name of human rights and they only deprive others of basic human rights, debate me on this.

Show me how socialism is good and a separate cause from the feminist/globalists who want to destroy freedom and make us a cattle run.

no its not, i never said it was, my point is it is not the system that causes the problems, it is the people who do not grow up and think about the child, child support would always work out if both parents sat down and talked things through and came to an arrangement they both agreed on from the start and thought solely about the child.

however people like the mother of your child create the problems buy using it as either a weapon or for financial gain without any thought whatsoever for the childs needs and upbringing or right to see their father. its not your fault, it is not the systems fault, it is hers.

the system can be improved to combat things like what has happened to you, but my point is the system did not create the problem, people do through their own actions. condoms also help prevent these things, i know it is to late now, but it is true.

in most cases the parents could work out the problems but do not, either because they both do not want to or one parent is being stubborn etc, your case is unique, and i think if the mother prevents a father from being a part of the childs life they should not have to pay anything unless it can be proved that if the parent saw the child the child would be in danger.

Well, I rest my case on a 50/50 custodial agreement!

I'm not against kids spending all the holidays with their non-custodial parent.....now how many will agree to that or can even get that much time off work? There are 52 weeks in the year, approx 12 weeks of school holidays a year. Show me a boss who will give you 12 weeks off every year. That leaves 40 weeks a year with the mother......ding ding......child support! Don't ya love it?

It's a sad truth...I am pro-abortion, but only because I don't want more kids suffering in this world. There are enough already as it is. People need to realize the seriousness and implications that come with unprotected sexual intercouse. However...there are too many people that will take advantage of the system through their children and at the cost of others.

No I do not love child support. I will love it when there is a one way ticket and I am not responsible for 100% of the costs. I am not an asshole dead beat dad, I am just tired of being robbed at every intersection.

Unfortunately in many marriage breakdowns......it happens so suddenly that neither saw it coming. Thats when things turn rather messy and communication has completely broken down.

Most people don't plan for divorce, it just happens when it's least expected.

Iv'e read many sad stories here.

The problem is western society has a system to replace the Male with the society.

I will put it this way,Man and Women are two halfs to something whole
by nature the Male is the dominant sex, better suited to the harsh natural enviroment, stronger, quicker reflexes for hunting, building(food and shelter)so he can compete with/against/dominate nature in order to survive.
The Female, the other half to the whole is geared for nurture, support and needs the male for protection(from the ennviroment and untrusted males the male NEEDS emotional support)
Modern western society is acting as the male half to females, catering for there needs and at the same time stripping the males of the right to act apon the natural basic instincts and emotional support.
Society has stepped into the males shoes to an extent so that female do not need a male to furfill natural male roles.

The way courts treat fathers with there rulings is one place you can see it happening in doctrine.
Look at music young female pop singers sing, they all have a song about how some guy is no good and they don't need them, while there male countparts sing about how lonely they are and need love.
Men are also judged much more harshly by the media.
And lets not forget Hollywood with is images of 5 foot 8 girls weighting 55kg taking on a 6 foot 2 guy who is 100kg in a fist fight and winning.
Western society pushes down the male at any oppitunity, its part of the control system.
Like when an army conquer's a town, they would have a visable presence on the street to remind the males whos in charge or just round up most of the males between 16 and 50 and kill them as there the one's that will be the threat, not the females.
Its the same thing just on a different level.

No, actually, all civilizations have imploded while the elites feasted on decadence and the serfs starved, literally, and figuratively. I mention figuratively, because the greatest flourishing of art and creativity has always coincided with the very best living conditions for the human condition of the period.

I am a certified genius who cannot invent because I fight for every meal and labor at menial tasks all the live-long day.

Capitalism is just a vehicle to push resources to the top, to feed decadence, trickle-down theory is a complete myth.

As far as feminism and globalism, you confuse that with socialism. And just to be clear, socialism as a concept, you are right though when it comes to political socialism, to some degree anyway.

You rest your case in psychologically traumatizing your children in order to get out from under their custody for half the year?

How about we give men custody all the school year long and ABOLISH child support entirely?
