He was tried in Iraq by a jury of his "Peers".

To me its in the same vain as the hooting and hollering from areas of the middle east when 9/11 happened, that incensed people in America big time... similar scenes coming from the US like that will no doubt incense alot in the middle east like wise. Which can only cause more issues...
