I want proof. A photo, independent DNA analysis, a video, anything at all. So far we are going off the government's word, and we know how trustworthy that is.

I see this as bold-faced propaganda. Chanting Americans, rehashing the "sole face of terror" and the events of 9/11, dramatic speech and exit of the POTUS, hype of the media pre-speech, condemning Osama as the mastermind of 9/11 even after the government said that was false, etcetera.

Tonight, our country is united in hatred.

Ya whatever, it doesn't matter what evidence they show you, you will just jump to the next unprovable ridiculous statement. You will never admit you were wrong and continue to peddle your wild speculation as fact. These are the same people who will blame the US and scream FALSE FLAG if anything happens. Once the conspiracies have been weeded out they will say US deserved what happened etc etc. These people should be ignored. If you're happy celebrate, who cares what a couple of people with axes to grind have to say. Nothing you say or anything you show them is going to make any kind of difference to them. Don't let them rain on your parade.

I've heard comments about possible "retaliation attacks" thrown around several times by various anchors.. sorry to ruin your refresh

I've got to agree with you, seems very suspicious to me aswell now that you mention it.

Also looks like a great publicity stunt to get re-elected next year, and to cover that apparently fake birth certificate....

Yeah. I mean..this thread has taken off like we don't see often, but it's a lot easier to get people together on short notice on the internet than in real life. How do we even know those shots of the people were from tonight???

I just can't see it happening that fast. There might have already been some party at GWU they filmed, but this time of night outside the White House.....

AND......

How are they saying that they had the body for a week, but that he just gave the order to kill toady????

Get the lie straight, White House

Nothing in DC moves that fast.

Interesting you should note that
because i wanted to see on earthcam live webcam from new york city just to see if there are cheering paid people like in near the white house.

To my surprise
www.earthcam.com...

EarthCam is currently performing routine system maintenance and upgrades. During this time, some of our websites and/or services may be unavailable for access. We appreciate your understanding.

And yea how can the people move that fast? unless they were there the whole day.

How does Obama kill Osama when Obama is Osama? lol jk, but they do look alike. And ill beleive Osamas dead when I see his dead body with my own eyes, with his children weeping beside him crying " no Osama nooo". I wonder how the middle east will react to this, and Godafi having his kid and grandchildren killed, seems like a recipe for disaster...

Actually, police officers ARE allowed to search you. If they have a reason to.
Get your facts straight.
Why should they not be allowed to search children? In the middle east children are suicide bombers too.
So just because we're American they should just all of a sudden expect everyone to be innocent.
LAME.

You people act like they're fondling children or raping them. They get patted down and all of a sudden people go crazy.
IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, DON'T FLY.
I don't know what part of that don't you understand.

I agree on most of what you said. Just so you know I voted for Obama. I was really hoping he would change things but it hasn't happened. Bush was a joke and yeah he would have made this a show. Ron Paul sounds promising and I wouldn't compare him with Donald Trump or put him on the same level. I think Ron Paul would make a great president but that is just my opinion.

Anyway, lets see what happens with this Osama thing. Very interesting times ahead.

Ron Paul "SOUNDS" good -- occasionally, until you start looking deeper at his policies and how crooked is son is.

I was HOPING for someone who would restore some kind of OVERSIGHT on corporations in this country. You cannot have BP writing environmental laws, Goldman Sacks executives running your banking system, and letting AT&T buy up T-MOBILE and it not eventually bite you in the rear-end.

Ron Paul would throw everything into privatization. I cannot think that someone would go from disappointment in Obama to endorsing Ron Paul -- because is ideas are no different than what you find in Mexico or Haiti. You get government TOTALLY out of the picture, and it becomes the Wild West.

There is NO GOLDEN AGE of Capitalism, except when a very strong -- much more SOCIALIST government is riding herd. Every Conservative who yaps up how great our "Capitalism" is, starts AFTER FDR came into office -- and in the same breath, will tell you; "The war stimulated the economy..." -- right, we've STIMULATED the economy with Tax Breaks and two very expensive Mercenary wars -- how's that working for our economy?

>> Conservatives have re-written history to make their snake oil sound good -- and too may Liberals have bought it. There is no such thing as "Free Trade" or people getting hired due to lower taxes. DEMAND is what stimulates an economy, and they've known since the Pyramids in Giza were built, that DEMAND is created by WORKERS with money in their hands from wages. Then we get the "supply side" theory during the Reagan Era, and too many people have STILL not figured out that was a way to rip us off.

I've been watching MSNBC (whatever...what of it?), and I was kinda struck by a few key bullets that they seemed to be using.

* "Most Wanted" and "9/11" in the same sentence. The FBI didn't list 9/11 due to 'lack of evidence.'
* Stock USM footage, including the 'fat' USM post 9/11.
* "Of course, here in the US we can expect some heightened security because of this..." ???
* No mention of any Pakistani involvement, or granting of use of ground troops in their country. Does this come under "it's easier to ask for forgiveness, than to ask for permission"?
* Constant referrals to the Iraq war as being linked to USM.
* I'm a little bemused that the meat of the president's speech was basically reported prior to Obama's appearance. "He'll be telling us this...." Is that odd? Or is it just me. Did they steal his thunder?
* It was made very clear that USM was the mastermind behind behind 9/11 within five minutes of the second strike. The stories seemed to perpetuate this. Remember this was from the same 'intelligence' that told us Saddam had WMDs.........The MSNBC reporting seemed to echo this.

Although I must add kudos for:
* Mentioning the number of casualties since the Iraq invasion, and 'mission accomplished.'
* References by 'guests' on the lack of links between 9/11 and Iraq.

As for Obama's speech? Not sure. Same ol', same ol' that W. used to feed us. Apart from W's, "I'm not concerned about that guy."
There was an ATS thread about armed forces bases going to 'Bravo' level security this morning. Linked?
I have a feeling there's something missing.
I have a feeling that the references made to "heightened security" by the MSNBC correspondents is a deeper rabbit hole than they are letting on.

I have a hinkey feeling, and I don't quite know what it is.
The speech was too much in the 'here's what we've been telling you for years" vein, and didn't have any 'value added.'
Obama's speech was top heavy with the rhetoric of the post-9/11 stuff. Too much, "this is what happened" and not very much else. Almost felt like he was selling us something.
I'll be interested in the next couple of weeks to see what happens. Will the Patriot act be expanded? Will there be 'drills'?

Interesting times.

Excellent.

Now the question is; what comes next?
Do we face a serious and real retaliatory strike from shadowy operators who hate us? Do we face carnage from home grown/domestic/false flag attacks? Do things just move on?
We certainly live in interesting times, so I'm going to keep myself on news-scouring duty for the next 24 hours or so to see if anything immediate develops. Get my feelers out and so forth.

People will certainly have a spring in their step tomorrow though (Pending nothing explodes between now and then). An enemy of high importance has been killed, the symbolism behind the death will keep it fresh in our minds for some time. Probably something along the lines of our perseverance being able to topple even the most despicable and hated and so forth.

Interesting times indeed....
