Training? the first thing is to be able to put your body to sleep..The second thing is staying aware when its done.The main technique is the same as self hypnosis. I lay down on my back with the lights out, then get totaly body focused..because its your body your dealing with....Breath deeply till you feel the slight pulsing in the fingers...concentrate on the fingers...Then concentrate on your left foot..tell it to relax and feel it relaxing..then the right foot..then the calfs..knees ..spine...shoulders arms...then hands..concentrating and telling them to relax as you go.Not forgeting the face along the way....At this stage if you havent rushed it.you should be getting there but you have to stay focused....Now you tell yourself that you will count down from ten to one and as you count you will feel your body getting lighter and lighter...Linger in this state for a while .. then tell yourself that..you will count down again from ten to one..and that you will have an Out of body experience..or whatever you want to do.Then turn over on your side and loose conciousness..if you stay on your back your throat will get sore from snoring....Then its in the lap of the Gods..You might feel like theirs an Electric charge going through you when you exit..the same on reentry..and then some sleep paralysis while you are coming round..dont worry about it as its normal...You might have to try a few nights...then when it happens dont freak out!..If you goof it up you just go to sleep.If you do it a few times and get it right the Electric feeling and the sleep paralysis wont be noticed.Its a certain state of conciousness that you want to hold onto..The" Hypnogogic"..Its a 'Trance' state whatever you call it....nothing bad can happen and if you loose the focus you wake up or keep going in a dream....either way you will know the real thing when it happens.

I did read your other thread about your experience. Had a busy day. When I get a chance I will ask you some questions on your thread as I don't want to get this one off topic. Very interesting stuff though.

I've most certainly encountered a succubus or two in my lucid dreams. These are highly sexual dreams that are very lucid and though I *know* they're a dream, I don't want to believe it when I wake up.

I dont mean to disrespect any Christianity in here.
BUT when I see the title .... what pop in my mind is that the story of Virgin Mary and the Holy Spirit.

Yeah, I think that would qualify as paranormal sex. It sure isn't normal sex. Do people do this? If they do, is it rape? I mean, would the other person be capable of conscent if they didn't know who it was that was... you know...doing that thing and all that.

That entire concept makes me uncomfortable.

Also....have any guys ever been sexed by a female spirit? I know that the concept exists and all, but all the responses here (and that TV show) involve only women being taken by spirits. I've never read an account of a guy being taken all the way through (so to speak) by a female ghost. Sex is a lot different for men than it is (generally) for women, and I'm not so sure that a full (happy ending) experience could be as subjective as what women have described here. It'd have to be pretty damn specific for it to be a sexual experience that's more than a fondle or a wet kiss.

Heck yeh! I think it works like this...When a male Adolecent does the Astral he's as pushy as he would be in the Physical realm why wouldnt he be?but he dosn't know whats going on.I'm sure this is where Astral sex gets a bad press.(He flooks the timeing so to speak.and dosn't just have a wet dream).But Psychicly the female can tell him to stuff off..it still takes two to Tango.
Like a previous poster mentioned,if you leave your mind open to it .It will happen (Randomly).Concensual is the only sex worth having anyway.Remember, women want sex/loving as much as men do but in the physical they have far more responsibilities to consider.So they apply greater inhibitions to the act.But in the Asral they may be more prolific than males as they are more intuitive to whats going on. I dont know whether 'sex' is the best term for astral sex.Its just one of the things that can happen to anyone thats Astraly aware.Thats In my experience.So I'm either on to something..or having a hellava time for free!!!

Oh Man! Some one beat me to the Tulpa! Oh well, inevitable. About a year ago I was ready to set up an experiment to create a Tulpa using the minds of fans of a certain music group. I chickened out/came to my senses.

Does anyone remember the movie 'The Entity" It was supposedly based on true events and she claims to have been violated a number of times. the thing even followed her when she moved.

Well I don't believe you need to be asleep to experience something. It's not nearly as good as the real thing but I have felt some sensations and see something in front of me at times. I don't see any figure or solid shape but occasionally see disturbances where it seems like I catch a slight shadow about 2 or 3 inches across where I should not be seeing anything. I do not see or experience this whenever I travel anywhere, it seems to stay at my house. The only time it or she traveled was after I moved several years ago. For a week or two I experienced nothing, then it seemed like company moved in with me. One time and only one time, I woke up on my sofa and could have sworn I saw a woman standing beside me dressed in some 1800 era clothing that looked all fancy. That did startle me and made me wonder what kind of mind games my mind might be playing on me. That only happened one time so I forgot about it. Maybe I experienced a lingering dream image.

Sometimes I wonder if I'm in more than one dimension especially when it seems like I feel something but nothing is there. It seems like occasionally I feel invisible insects. I have wondered if it's possible to kill ghost insects or insects that may reside in another dimension if they were real but invisible to us.

I think I have considered almost everything possible to consider regarding how a live birth could have resulted from my experience. 've concluded is that anything is possible and nothing is impossible. That fact said, I still keep trying to wear out my puzzler over it! All I can add is that it is indeed a strange strange universe we live in!

Another poster wondered if the paranormal sex was as easily possible with a male as with female. Yes. I believe so, and I have read accounts here and there of this occurance with a succuba. Since the stimuli seems to come to the body from an outside source, (sensual waves coming through a tube from the ethereal) the arousal isn't a matter of needing physical stimulation first. It's almost like it's backwards--the internal stimuli happens first, then the body's response.

I think there is a difference between these "acts" happening within the love vibration or the lower vibrations of lust. I have experienced both and the vibrations are definitely different. The non-welcoming entity does not seemingly have any power over "you" --as in to make a rape occur--it can, however, seem to make the vibrational frequency change so it makes you yourself expereince a very base, animalistic all-consuming drive. You succumb--which is what the entity desired. Interestingly enough, it appers, thereafter it isn't interested anymore. Got what it wanted.

On the other hand, when the entity comes on a love vibration, (higher frequency, pitch seems more "airy") it does seem to be coming from, or, ascending to, a soul connection.
