From what I've been reading, yes it's definitely possible but it's different than normal sex.
There are beings/demons called succubi and inccubi which are vampyric demons which feed on the sexual energies of humans. Inccubi are the male forms and succubi are the female forms. However, I don't believe that these are the only spirits/demons that are capable of having sex with humans.
Spirits, demons, etc are energy forms so this kind of sex is different than what the normal human sexual relationship is. They can appear in dreams and in some cases they feed off of sexual energy or the energy of humans when they're awake. They are also methods of calling these beings to you.

From my experience:
One night I decided I would try to invocate a succubi, though I wasn't sure if it would actually work or not; and that night I achieved no results. However, over the next few weeks I proceeded to read more magical texts to learn more about invocation of spirits and demons, and I tried invocations again by combining different methods and commentary from those texts and I still achieved no effects. So, I quit for a while and eventually forgot about trying to attempt this.
Then, one night I had a dream which according to the many texts I've been reading could be either astral projection and/or the succubi coming to see me. The dream was very realistic and I can still remember every aspect of it. I was in my kitchen and I saw spirits which had a human form but no actual details, it was like energy in the shape of a human. One was in my bathroom, my sister's room, and on the front porch. One of them killed someone in my sister's room, and the one in the bathroom tried to chase me but I ran from it and then I woke up.
According to some commentary, some demons or spirits won't come if you're hoping or expecting them to come. Since I stopped thinking about it, they came to me, maybe to catch me off guard. Now, that I think about it whenever I would go in the bathroom I could sense the presence of something there, and in the morning when I would go to take a shower it would feel as if I would instantly lose my strength and my heart would begin beating fast, and on some cases I would lose my balance and lose my sight.

So, yes in my opinion it is very possible; but if you want to call such a being forth, prepare some security measures as I do now such as talismans, magic circles, but I find that knowledge, such as of the spirits qualities and its rulers etc work fine to protect from them because I don't experience them coming after me or stealing my energy anymore.
