Now.....from what i read he struck it down under the 10th ammendment and the equal protection clause.

So im confused. He struck it down under the 10th ammendment because "it got in the states way of defining marriage".

So he basically did it under the tenth ammendment. But also with striking it down is he not forcing states to recognize gay marriage who dont want to? Its like double speak.

At first i was happy for the decision because i thought it was reiterating that the states decide what marriage is and not the federal government.

But then i thought about it and i found that because of the seperate ruling he made under the equal protection clause it would essentially be forcing a state that bans recognition of homosexual marriage to recognize anothers states marriage.

Is it me or does this not just sound retarded? He ruled against DOMA on two things that mean the opposit of each other. Its like they are a antithesis!

He is basically saying that each individual state can decide WHAT they DEFINE marriage as and yet turning around and saying you must recognize another states Interpretation of what marriage is.

what the hell?

Was he high?

The whole ruling contradicts itself. Thats why i dont think it would hold up in appeals.

The prostate is not MEANT to be used in sex. It can be but is not MEANT. Dont get it twisted. the prostate carried seminal fluid. It is a important part in the reproductive process of males.

Getting high feels good too...im assuming. but is it 'natural' to get high?
